Very briefly, I love all things Stargate related. I especially love the friendship/relationship between Jack and Sam and must admit that's about the only kind of stories I read or even try to write. As a matter of fact, I've happily followed several "ships" through the years:

Mulder & Scully

Scarecrow & Mrs. King a long time ago

Robert & Holly Scorpio on General Hospital also a long time ago - when I didn't even know what "shipping" meant

Riker & Troi (StarTrek TNG)

and a few others I've long since forgotten about. But for some reason, Sam & Jack have caught my attention like none of the others did, and are the only ones I ever felt like attempting to write about. Most of what I write is lighthearted and has at least some humor in them. I'm horrible at writing angst/sorrow/pain/anger, etc. ... so I don't even try.

Otherwise, I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, love most things related to nature, and being near the ocean, lakes, rivers, forests, etc.

Oh yes, and I have a cute kitty named Cheyenne. Seems the animal shelter gave that name to her, and when I adopted her I liked the name, so she got to keep it. However, I may have to rename her "Olive Underfoot" (the name is borrowed from my favorite detective series, wherein the detective guy has a cat named "Oliver Underfoot"), because she gets underfoot all the time and keeps trying to trip me. :)
