09-25: Posted OtSoD. I'm still unsure if there will be more posts for this story because there is explicitness in every chapter that has to be edited and that is a pain. This is an idea I've had for a long time, but a club contest on YGallery is motivating me to complete it. Has to be done by Halloween.

08-21: I got a little distracted with other stories, but when I finally sat down and typed out this chapter it went pretty fast. I was kinda worried that might have been a bad thing, but it's up now. I'm still updating past chapters, and I'm only about half way through. So the ygallery version with the M details will be up for a short time, but then I'm gonna remove it. Please put any review/fav/alert on here. But in this chapter, they finally get back home. And I'm glad. Those Hell chapters were more of a pain than I anticipated. I'm happy to be back in the main story line. Umm... idk what. I guess I can say that they figure out what's wrong with Naruto next time. I think. I'm pretty sure. Also, I'm considering making a forum for this story. But I don't want to draw attention to my MA stuff before I get the chance to fix it and some troll reports me. There's a poll up there. Vote if you like, I'm not sure how much the results will effect my decision. Or send me a PM if you have an opinion. I just like getting feedback on anything.

08-11: The end of the Siege boys. They didn't tell me why the broke up, but I like to believe they stay together after this. If you didn't catch the line, this was originally based on Gotye's song. It also takes place about 7 years after Siege ended. The next chapter of Song and Kiss will prob be the next thing I post. I thought I could get through updating it, but that's not gonna happen. It will have some small edits, but I'm just going to have the revised version up for a while before uploading the full thing.

07-05: That's it for Siege. There is an epilogue that will be on y-gal only. It's short and silly and takes place on Naruto's birthday. It was originally just a separate story, but the setting was similar with two college guys living together. So I'm gonna make some tweaks and tack it onto the end. Sasuke might be a little less reserved though. But I will put on FFN Conquered. It is a separate oneshot so keep an eye out for it in a couple months probably. I'll put in the summary that it is related to Siege just in case. That one is distinctly different because they've both grown up a lot and changed.

05-29: Put up the first chapter of Coup de Foudre since it was originally a oneshot anyway. This is the only one that will be on FFN.

Naruto started off as French, but I didn't want it to be set in a real world so he became a Friesian, which is a type of horse. I didn't realize that at first, but then I decided to make Sasuke a horse breed as well: Akhal-Teke.
Just for kicks, though I didn't rely on this information in deciding what breed to assign, some of their characteristics:
Friesian - most often recognized by its black coat color. willing, active, and energetic horse that is also gentle and docile. long, thick mane and tail, often wavy. long, silky hair on the lower legs, deliberately left untrimmed. graceful and nimble. A Friesian tends to have great presence and to carry itself with elegance.
Akhal-Teke- thought to be one of the oldest surviving horse breeds. natural metallic sheen of its coat. speed and endurance. tough and resilient. strong, tough, but fine limbs. Akhal-Tekes are lively and alert, with a reputation for bonding to only one person.

Several prayers are mentioned or recited, all of the fairly well-known. The title's prayer is Psalm 23:

Then there is the common bedtime prayer:

There are many versions of the Immaculate Conception and the Annunciation rendered by numerous artists. I like (Southern) Baroque artwork, so that's the period I chose. Also, the bel composto concept originated with Bernini, who wanted to unify painting, sculpture and architecture.
