I am completely obsessed with Fullmetal Alchemist! I sold my soul to it the moment I watched it and no other anime/manga can compete with it... that's my final opinion and nothing is going to change that! It's the only fanfiction I will read. A/N- And Death Note. And Twilight! Twilight rules! WOOO!

I have a very strong oppinion on yaoi, ESPICALLY envolving RoyEd. I dont like it, and I hardly ever read it. This is not because I have a problem with gays, and this is not because I have a problem with Ed and Roy being together (I actually perfer it to EdWin), it is because of the way they are portrayed in yaoi. Its just, when I tried yaoi, I noticed most of them consisted of Ed being a total girl. Everything happened too fast in them, like one minute Roy and Ed were shouting at eachother, and then they were making out. The realationships didn't develope at all, and it seemed more like a one-night stand that was never going to end, and generally, they wernt written that well. They just are too OOC! Half the time Ed might as well be a girl with the hormonal roller coaster he seems to be riding in these fics. Never mind Roy is either also a girl and they are either petting each other, using every pet name you can think of… or they’re just written into the same story and all of sudden end up making out and doing it at random! (Using horrible words descriptive words with are either so vague you’re not sure what they’re doing, or so blunt you can tell the writer had to mechanically write the scene because they didn’t know any better). It’s like so many people just want to see Ed and Roy get down and do the nasty, they’re so impatient they just toss them into a story to make it happen. It’s a sad thing man, I mean…you really want them to do it that bad?

I noticed that people either prefer parental or yaoi... I like parental. I am very picky with what fan fics I read. I wont read fics that- are Hp/Naruto/Inuyasha crossovers, have OC's, are OOC for no reason, have "sorry I suck at summaries", "better than it sounds" or "this is my first fic, pls be nice", yaoi (inclues RoyEd, Elricest, Edvy, RoyxHughes, LxLight, MelloxMatt), pairings in general (I do read yaoi and some pairings occasionally, ONLY if it has a good storyline), vampire fics (noticed a lot of them lately), fics with really terrible grammar/spelling, fics that use internet lingo, fics set in script talk, fics that are all bunched together (gosh, its called an enter button), fics that use Japanese like Nii-san and chibi, people that put author notes in the middle of text, Mpreg, Femme!Ed, Neko!Ed, chimera!Ed… uh… yeh… Long list.

And now, on to the things I will read- ANGGGST! Always love a good angst. Brotherly love fics (NOT ELRICEST!), Parental!RoyEd, Ed torture (hehe very sadistic person)… uh, sad thing is that’s all I can think of. Wow. As I said before, I don't have a preference for Death Note fanfics yet. So, besides the yaoi side of things, all of this is for fma.
