Hey everyone, go to thesepeopleareus's profile page. She's one of our good friends, and we are writing a story together. It's called Deidara's Happy Story, and it's Naruto fanfiction. Just read it and let us know what you think!
Our story Sk8er Boi was removed by the fanfiction.net administration team for "interactive, chat/script, real person,
mst, and etc." We will repost it with a properly spelled title as soon as posting privileges have been returned to us. We would just like to ask the person/people who flagged our story if they actually read it, and, if so, to please send us a PM explaining their reasons for flagging it.
And yes, we're not in a good mood right now. We liked that story.
and now, about us:
Kyra is a bubbly, hyperactive fangirl. she is by far the most active on this site, as on all others, and she is the one who mostly answers and gives out reviews. she adores chocolate, angst, fluff, slash, nonslash, twilight, jasper hale, draco malfoy, and many other things. she has a tendency to be hyper at odd moments, and also to speak with... less than ideal grammar when the mood takes her. she is by far the most childlike of the four, and she comes out in force when we are with our friends. Kyra is the one obsessed with the "bad boys" of fiction, so it is she who urges us to write about the likes of draco malfoy and sasori. she is currently single and has no wish to change that. Kyra speaks in normal script.
Tamara is an immortal muse. well, she claims to be, at least. the other three are more than a little skeptical, but they say nothing so as to avoid open warfare. she is, as can be expected, both vain and bossy. however, she balances that out with some talent, so the others tolerate her. she is the one who does most of the writing, though, often as not, Kyra claims the credit, something that enrages Tamara more than anything else we can think of. Tamara enjoys writing, being in charge, singing (though she is awful), and being admired. she is also single, but in the market for a boyfriend. the other three would highly discourage this. Tamara speaks it italics.
Caroline is a neat freak and an overachiever. oddly enough, she is also a passionate fortune teller, and remains convinced that both tarot cards and our graphing calculator can accurately predict what will happen. this passion is scorned by the other three, especially Tamara, but Caroline does not care. she is favored by adults for her serious demeanor and mature attitude, though she has a hard time making friends because of it. she tends to get along best either with very small children or with adults. it is she who gives us our dislike both of television and of gaming systems. Caroline is also single, and has no interest in males except for things to be scoffed at and disdained. she speaks in bold.
Marianne is shy and terrified of people in any form. a lover of the beatles and simon and garfunkel, she prefers books to human company. she is very reluctant to take control, but when she does, we find ourselves hiding in corners ignoring words spoken to us. she and Tamara do not get along in the least, and their constant feuding leads to no little inconvenience. however, despite her mousy exterior, Marianne is a fierce fighter for what she believes in. just because she refuses to speak them does not mean she has no opinions, and she often instructs Caroline to argue with someone on their opinions, usually involving tolerance and the environment. as she is afraid of the human species in general, she has no interest in forming any kind of relationship, romantic or otherwise. when she speaks, she does so in underline.
we, like all denizens of fanfiction.net, have our own favorite pairings -- as well as less favorite pairings -- and they are described below:

Draco/Harry. This was Tamara's first pairing, and the one to which she remains most loyal.
Remus/Sirius. As they say, it's practically cannon. (evil grin)
Ginny/Hermione. Can be either fluffy or angsty, we like everything.
Lucius/James. Something about Potters and Malfoys together...
Lily/Severus. Yes, Caroline writes heterosexual pairings. Occasionally. When she can wrestle the computer away from Tamara.
Godric/Salazar. Make that Gryffindors and Slytherins together. lol.
Blaise/Ron. As we said, Gryffindors and Slytherins...
Remus/Severus. As introduced to us by Draco Malfoy-Potter. We'd never considered it before, but it certainly works.
Cardcaptor Sakura/Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles
Toya/Yuki. The ultimate Cardcaptor Sakura pairing! They are entirely too kawaii together and just reading the scenes with them together makes us floaty and happy!
Kurogane/Fai. Their personalities counterpoint each other perfectly.
Twilight
Jasper/Alice. They are MEANT to be together, and anyone who says otherwise will suffer Kyra's wrath. (Can you say "obsessed?" lol.)
X-Men
Bobby/John. Tamara's newest obsession. She hasn't tried to write anything about them yet, but it's only a matter of time.
Naruto
Deidara/Sasori. The characters were introduced to Kyra by thesepeopleareus (link above) and she immediately began to torture them into submission.
Pein/Konan. As we said, we do do het pairings. Caroline doesn't even have to beg too hard to write this one!
Pairings that should just go and die. (No offense to anyone intended, we promise! Well, two out of the three of us promise. Tamara could care less.)

our avatar was drawn for us by one of our friends on tokyopop.com, which we frequented often at one point. we have almost stopped dropping by, but the picture is a good one, and we have kept it as our avatar. it is a fanpicture for an original fiction we wrote last year, so please do not attempt to see fanfiction characters in it.
we answer all reviews, and we do our best to review all stories we finish, regardless of age, length, number of reviews, or anything else. it is usually Kyra who does the reviewing, she being the fangirl of the quartet. we do accept anonymous reviews, but we would prefer if said anonymous reviewer left us with an email address. if that is the case, we will reply to the review, with a subject line of something resembling, "review reply."

we are attempting to spread the word for a website called: freerice.com. it is an SAT vocabulary website with a twist: for every word the player gets right, 10 grains of rice are donated to the United Nations to help combat hunger around the globe. please check it out!
We've decided that we want to do birthday fics. After all, we can't very well actually send our wonderful readers and reviewers actual presents, so we will write you stories. If you want us to write you a birthday story, let us know a couple weeks ahead of time with what you want. We'll do almost anything, even 'ships we're not too fond of. If we've already written a story for a particular fandom, then it's a good guess that we will write more. So, pm away.
we are rewriting My Happily Ever After, and the revised version should be up eventually. we will not be deleting the old version, so you may compare the two, if you wish. if you have any suggestions as to how to improve the story (baring the suddenness of the ending of part two, which we know and have remedied) please do not hesitate to let us know. your suggestions are valued, if not always followed. just because we don't take a suggestion doesn't mean we don't like it, it just means that we don't think it's appropriate for the story.
We decided we wanted to enter the big world of writing contests, so we have crafted three for you to choose from. these have no deadlines, and are more prompts than contests. there will be no winners, but, as entries start trickling in, we will be posting links to all the stories here. please send us a message saying which prompt you are writing for and a link to your story if you wish to be included. we would ask that you confine your messages to one per person per contest, and only alert us when the story has been completed and posted in its entirety.
1. Kyra's contest: a oneshot involving Draco and someone. I prefer slash, of course, but it doesn't have to be. It DOES have to be Draco, as I said before. It must have a complete plot, and include the following things: Draco crying and being comforted, the other person saying, "don't worry, i still love you" and three books.
2. Tamara's contest: a longer story, meaning at least three chapters. Any two characters, as long as it's slash. Femslash is fine. Must include: cheez-its, whipped cream, boggarts, childhood memories, and tea.
3. Caroline's contest: any length. Not slash! Should include: Snape, Lilly (can be alive or a memory), unicorns, Moaning Myrtle, and the Beatles.
and, finally, we have taken a leaf out of the book of one of our favorite authors: Faramirlover. what you see below you is an update list. it contains all of our as yet incomplete stories. the story at the beginning, theoretically, is the one we will be concentrating on. when is has been updated, it will be moved down to the bottom. please note that we are not nearly as good at this as we could be. in the immortal words of Captain Barbossa, "they're more like... guidelines."
