Favorite Anime Girls

1) Usagi Tsukino (Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon) Usagi is one of those characters that alomost everyone likes/loves. She's not the smartest, or bravest...Yet she is always there for everyone when they need her most. When push comes to shove, she tries her hardest, and isn't afraid to sacrifice her life. She grows a lot, yet still remains a child at heart.

2) Shuurei Kou (Saiunkoku Monogatari) Very rarely in anime do you find a main girl character who isn't annoying,useless, crybaby, ditzy, stupid...And Shuurei is none of those. She's very smart, brave, stands up for herself, doesn't fall in love after five seconds, and is mature and reliable for her age.

3) Utena Tenjou (Revolutionary Girl Utena) Utena is amazing. She finds her way out of a metaphysical,allgorical, symbolic world, and sacrifices herself for Anthy. She believed in Anthy when Anthy didn't even believe in herself. Utena is a true friend, she is noble and brave, and would do anything for the people she cares about.

4) Ahiru/Duck/Princess Tutu (Princess Tutu) Ahiru is a sweetheart. She's a Duck who wants to be a human girl, and yet...After making everyone elses dreams come true, and saving her whole Town, she remains a Duck forever. She always has a smile on her face, and is ready to help anyone when she has too.

5) Yoko Nakajima (12 Kingdoms)Raised in our world, then taken to the 12 Kingdoms world, and then being made Empress...Well, that's a lot for a 16 year old. And Yoko deals with it all. She's very smart, brave, and loyal. She has trouble believeing in herself, but she tries her best to right wrongs. She a serious, just person, and a great ruler.

6) Hinata Hyuuga (Naruto) Hinata doesn't believe in her self, and is shy, timid, and is always being put down. And yet, she's always sweet, and kind. She always tries her best, and never gives up. She even goes up against the leader of the Akatsuki, not even thinking of her own life. She's a good person, and it always shows.

7) Maya Kitajima (Glass Mask) I love Maya because other than her insane acting skills, she's completely and utterly normal. She's not beautiful, smart, brave or anything. Yet, her ambition for wanting to be the best actress has never stopped her. She's really nice, but can be a total moron when it comes to certain peoples feelings for her. Like Masami's. _~

8) Sakura Kinomoto ( Cardcaptor Sakura,Tsubasa) Sakura is loveable, cute, innocent little 10 year old. (14 in Tsubasa). She can be pretty brave, and is ready to stake her life for the ones she loves. She's a great friend, and a sweet person. In the face of doom, she always has faith in herself. "I know I'll be okay!"

9) Misuzu Kamio (Air) Misuzu just wanted to live. She didn't want to die, and she wanted to be with Yukito. She had to bear a curse that wasn't her fault, and she paid the higest price for it. She was so innocent, and sweet, and in the end, accepted that she must die in order to 'live'. She grew a lot in the series, and even died with a smile on her face.

10) Robin Sena (Witch Hunter Robin) For a 15 year old, Robin seems so much older, and yet, she's completely and utterly innocent and naive. At the same time, she's very smart, and brave. Rarely do you come across a female character like her. She's calm and cool and collected; yet still very much a child.

1) Naruto Uzumaki (Naruto) Growing up with a monster inside you, no parents, hated by your entire villiage...Naruto suffered. Yet, he believed in himself, and he never gives up. He's a true, loyal friend. He's not the smartest or strongest, but he's never let that stop him. He would do anything for people/things he loves...And he earned everyone's respect too.

2) Godai Yusaku (Maison Ikkoku) Godai is a loser. He's got no brains, no job, no girl. But he's got a heart of gold. He's funny and stupid, but can be smart, and says some really sweet things. Underneath all that, he's a rather solemn yong man, and that helps him to grow to be the great adult he is.

3) Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist) Ed's had such a hard life. He tried to bring back his mother from the dead, but he and his brother paid a horrible life. He's only 14 years old, but he's experianced as much as an adult. He's smart,brave and shrewd...But he's still a kid despite what he's gone through. A very "short" kid that is :P

5) Sebastian Michaelis (Kuroshitsuji) Sebastian is a demon in the service of Ciel. He's very smart, cunning, shrewd, and rather evil. He's highly skilled in just about anything. He's so much more than just a Butler to the Phantomhive household. He has his comical moments though, yet still remains very mysterious.

6) Kouyuu Li (Saiunkoku Monogatari) Kouyuu was taken in to the Kou household and adopted by Reishin. Kouyuu's life before was horrible. He was abandoned by his parents as a baby, then his foster parents were murdered. He's completely brilliant, but has a horrible sense of direction, and a rather hot temper. He sometimes feels a little insecure about his new life.

Anime,manga,books that should BURN - Fushigi Yuugi!!I's so badly done.The basic concept (girl gets taken to different world,has to find important people) was good,but it was carried out so badly! Miaka is the WORST female character in anime/manga EVER.It's so shallow,and fake,and has too much romance,and the romace moves WAY TO FAST.I suffered through 18 volumes of that GARBAGE. The Twilight series.I will NEVER understand how bullshit like this ever became popular.It's so bad that I can't even find words to describe that.It's an over glorified fanfiction.All the characters SUCK.Stephanie Myers CAN NOT write.
