Stuff I Like In Fanfiction: Generally my favorite fanfics are of the humor genre, but I also dabble in other genres like romance and adventure. Romantic comedies would have to be my all time favorites.

Stuff I Don't Like In Fanfiction: I have a rather large dislike of yaoi or yuri. I almost feel like an outcast from anime society for it, but it's true. I won't bash anyone's pairings for it, but I won't support it either. I also usually don't like Original Characters, since I can't help but view them as self insertions in order to get some from one (or more) of the characters from the series. I really don't like the thought of watching someone else's personal fantasy play out when I could be reading something of worth elsewhere. There have been exceptions, but very few.

The Love Potion

Series: Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Full Summary:
It's just another typical day of Link rescuing Zelda from Ganon's evil clutches. Or at least it was, until the King of Hyrule suddenly decides that he wants Zelda to marry Link. But both of them are dead set against it, so the king resorts to using a love potion in an attempt to get them together. Hilarity and randomness ensues, and their situation doesn't become any less complicated when Vaati suddenly shows up. Set in the Ocarina of Time universe.

Notes:
Ahh, my first and (for the moment) only story. I have plans to go back and re-vamp it a bit it once I've finished writing it. Not enough to warrant re-writing it into a whole new story, but I definitely plan on cleaning up the grammar and phraseology and fixing some of the parts that I now consider to be a bit awkward to read. I'll go into more details on this once I've actually finished the story. But wow, looking back, my writing style certainly has changed over the course of the story!

I've pretty much made a vow to myself to not start any other stories until I finish The Love Potion, even one-shots. But that doesn't mean that I don't have some plot bunnies running around in my head for future stories! :D
