The characters featured in the story are the last to survive, and as such there is going to be no sudden reveal of a character not mentioned to drive the narrative forward. I realise that the mention of 'uncounted people' and the fugitive characters revealed in chapter three can lend hope to more revelations of that nature. However, that is the extent of surprises in that area. The 'uncounted people' are accounted for in chapter three.
