The following is an introduction of myself and my rantings on Fushigi Yuugi.

In the beginning I was only a fan of Sailor Moon. One day my younger sister talked to me about Curious Play and reminded me of an anime we watched when we were children. At first I was hesitant to be involved in other things besides Sailor Moon. Then my younger sister referred me to a video on you tube with the opening and ending song and slowly I was hooked on it. From the musics to the episodes and then to the OVAs. Now my two favourite animes are first Fushigi Yuugi and now second Sailor Moon

In Fushigi Yuugi, my favourite character is

1. Chichiri - because he is willing to put a smile on everyone's face and suffer alone. His abilities and air of mystery that surrounds him and in addition don't forget his turquoise blue hair, his scarred face, his muscular body (OVA 2) and last but not least his cool appearance. Add all that up and you have the sexiest man in Fushigi Yuugi.

2. Tasuki - because he has that bad boy-rebellious character that every girl will surely have a crush on. His two fangs and crazy hair style also makes him wildly handsome.

That's all. Those two are the only best character in Fushigi Yuugi and it's no wonder Yuu Watase kept them alive.

Good news, I have another favourite anime and it's Saiunkoku Monogatari. It's my most favourite, followed by Fushigi Yuugi and then Sailor Moon. Besides this anime features three of fushigi yuugi seiyuu, namely Chichiri as the main actor Ryuuki, then Tamahome as his brother Seien but now known as Seiran and lastly Hotohori as Sa Sakujun, a villian and sworn enemies with Seien/Seiran. To those who have not watched Saiunkoku Monogatari, you should because the guys inside it are more hot and cool then Fushigi Yuugi haha.
