Author has written 9 stories for CSI, House, M.D., Twilight, and Torchwood. ~Formerly spncsifreak. Hey everyone. This account is really mostly just a way to get out of writing a daily journal for my English class, it was either find a way of daily writing on my own time, or have to spend half the period scribbling in a journal. I might even try writing something now and then ;) A little about me, just in case anyone is really, truly interested (which I kind of doubt) - I'm KT and I'm still fairly young, please blame any misgivings about my writing on my youth and inexperience rather than my actual talent - I'm 15 next April. Right now, my beta work keeps me busy for the majority of the time I have on this site. Meaning, don't expect much of anything except the occasional drabble from me for awhile in regards to writing. Anyone wants my beta services, though, all you have to do is ask. I live in Canada, I come from a mainly Celtic backround, and my current ambitions, as they stand, are eventually a degree in medicine and my own practice. I'm the top English student in my grade, and I have a little (little meaning massive) trouble with algebra, geometry and all other aspects of the mathematical side of life. I love to read, anything and everything, and can often be found reading or listening to music instead of doing homework. I guess now I'll be writing now, too. Just another procrastination technique, you can't ever have to many of those, am I right? What else to add... aha, I am addicted to TV. I have a slight, very slight, obsession with a few TV shows, Supernatural and Torchwood topping the list, but theres also: House, MD, CSI, Doctor Who, CSI Miami, CSI NY, Dexter, Criminal Minds, Survivor, and Reaper. My favorite kind of music is the kind with wicked guitar riffs and a good set of drums in the backround... classic rock, in other words. The only modern band I actually enjoy would be Nickelback, notice the consistency with the screaming guitar riffs. More Random Info About Me That I'm Perfectly Aware No One Acually Cares About: Favorite Vid Game: Metal Gear Solid. Favorite Movie: Dead Poet's Society or Fight Club. Favorite Band (Currently): U2 I am absolutely adverse to any unlikely pairlings based on what I have seen in the existing fandom...and that's about my only restriction as far as fanfiction. The logo does say 'Unleash your imagination', after all. The only pairing I won't read, pretty much, is Jack/Gwen. Janto forever! I think the above gives an adequete, if not amazingly deep and insightful, look at my personality. I'm spaztic/hyperactive sometimes, moody others, I'm a geek, random, and avid daydreamer...but what can I do? I love who I am, so why should I care if other people don't? (If anyone, on the off chance, would like to see more of my haikus as featured in my Twilight Haikus fic, you can PM me. I couldn't post any more of them up here, since those were really the only ones that fell under the category of 'fanfiction'.) Continuity: For anyone who liked my Silence Is Sweeter and wanted more, Check out Dark Cascade's sequel, Rwy'n dy garu. http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4509674/1/ August 30, 2008: I found this Welsh phrase in a book I was reading, and it's really bothering me, as I can't figure out what it means. Online translators are no use - I got something about 'heartburn rubbish' when I put this in. So, if anyone knows what this means and would care to PM me with a translation...I'd be amazingly grateful. | |||||||||||
