UPDATE 16/09/12: To those waiting for an update on Skip Beat!/Kaleido Star stories - I'm really sorry, but I will be updating on a very unsteady schedule for the moment. My University year is starting, and there's a lot of things I need to take care of, so until I've found my rhythm and gotten a better sense of my workload, the stories will have to wait. Limit of tolerance: I am not a genius. I am not a teacher either. I am not in possession of advanced language degrees or certificates. Hell, English isn't even my first language. However - if my opinion offended you somehow (via review or any of my stories), I suggest you take your "Who do you think you are?" comments somewhere else. I read a lot, but I rarely review. If I do so, I do it with the sincere wish of following that advice the admins left on us in the review window: A well rounded critique is often the most rewarding gift a reader can give . Injustice by Fact Vs Fiction /Bleach section/-Nanao finally gets the attention she deserves, and she does it amazingly well.

And about Twilight...

Alphabet Weekends by the-glory-days-Ok, seriously? I freakin' loved this. It is a carefully crafted tale about love and friendship and devotion, something that is not easily found. What I really loved about this was the way Bella and Edward managed to remain friends even though they grew up and went through a lot of things that can destroy a friendship. The language is amazing and the author tells the story by switching between warm, exciting memories and hot, sweaty lemons. It's totally worth it, believe me!

In Another Life by the-glory-days-Another great story by the same author. Written in the same amazing style, this story rocked me on so many levels because it was loosely based on a movie, which on the other hand was an adaptation of one of my favorite authors of all time. Mark Levi's "Et si c'etait vrai" and the sequel "Vous revoir" are two books that I adore. I won't be gushing about the mastery of Mark Levi here (maybe in another post), but he is a master. I'll warn you ahead-the author of the fanfic did not retell the story Twilight style (which I personally loved), but to all honesty, she gave it better credit than the movie (Reese Wooderspoon? Yuck! American movies? Double yuck!) So, if you ever decided to watch "Just like Heaven"...read this fic insted. It gets extra brownie points for outdoing not one, but two actual works.

Art After 5, Counterpoint by sleepyvalentina-These two stories are basically different sides of the same plot, but told from the point of view of the different characters. I was fortunate enough to read AA5 before it was pulled from fanfiction.net, and I can honestly say that it was amazing. It was told in a way that captures the senses and I am really saddened that it had to be pulled...but, I can also understand the author's frustration over how much the story was being stolen. I wouldn't want this to happen to me, but still it is sad. Counterpoint tells the same story, and I know it will contradict the whole concept of this list (listing completed stories only), but...I think it should be recommended with AA5 because it shows the story from a different perspective. Actions and decisions that were explained by the author in AA5 and accepted as logical from Bella's POV are seen as illogical and egoistic from Edward's. Also, I cannot help but bow down to the author for being able to show so well the character of a 17 year old boy. I could never do that.

Clipped Wings and Inked Armor by hunterhunting-I'd be damned if I didn't put it in this list. It's a well crafted tale, deeply psychological and absolutely touching. You cannot not have read it. It preserves the original characters (up to some point), but it also adds a twist to them, making them more real and less idealistic than in the original work. It deals with real life problems, not sparing you the gory details (well, most of them), but it doesn't shove them in your face either. It's a story that shows that life isn't all rainbows and sunshine...but it can get better, if you choose to life it.

Dirty Dancing With the Devil Herself by JayJayHale-It was awesome! The Bella in this fic is the sort of Bella I'd like to write one day. Honestly, she's nothing like her old self, and she sure as hell shows Eddie who's boss.

Down The Rabbit Hole by nashstheory-An Alice in Wonderland like no other

His Personal Assistant by NorthernLights17-One of the first and best stories I read on Twilight. The characters are almost the same as in the book, which, quite frankly, can be good and bad, but I really liked it because they evolve. I love that.

In the Blink of an Eye by thatwritr-A touching, amazing, and REAL story. Once again, the characters evolve, and they're amazing. I don't know what to say. It takes my breath away.

Just One of the Guys by SorceressCirce-Once again, I am humbled and speechless by the power of these stories. They don't strip E and B from their original characters, but rather by the idealization that can honestly render people mad in the books. Once again, their lives aren't perfect, but they make it through. So far...

Kissed the Girls and Made Them Cry by justaskalice-What can I say, I'm a sucker for romance.

Love Among the Stacks by anuddaone and acrieamos-Steamy, hot, and delicious. The first Twilight fanfic I've ever read and still amongst the best.

Eternally Damned by twiXlite-I'm a sucker for a little Bastardward. You'll like him. He doesn't apologize.

Midnight Desire by Twilightzoner-I am desperately in love with the Monster.

Return to Sender by Melissa228-Perhaps my only problem with this story is that it resolved itself so easily. A lot of real problems, but the healing seemed a little rushed. Oh well...loved it anyway.

Tapas At Twilight by Melolabel-Awesome and real story. You'll love it. I know I did.

The Best Worst First Date Ever by addisonj-I shit you not people, there are actually stories on this list that are not about Edward and Bella. And what a story to be told!

Whit A Bit of Lock by gangsterdorothy-One of the best Jasper/Alice stories I've read.

You've Kept Me Waiting by Mandi1-Great prequel to Twilight, if I should say so myself. I love how their story is told here.

A Little Less Than Before by Burrberry Bugsy-I've said it once and I'll say it again-I'm a sucker for romance.

Some other stories that are in the making, or haven't been read by me, are A Woman Scorned by Bella Baby24, I Hate You, Kiss Me by BittenBee, I like bears by Alice laughed, Femme Docs and Kevlar Knights by A Cullen Wannabe, Work in Progress by araeo, The Naked Guy Upstairs by Angry Badger Girl and The Red Line by WinndSinger. There are other, of course, but I am now too tired to even begin to write them. I'll keep filling up the list, hoping that I give all my favorite stories credit in it.
