HI everyone, i'm just writing this quick update to let everyone know that Passions is not finished and i plan on continuing the story. I would also like to wish the upcoming AP students luck as the exams are coming up!

Recently i received a message from a reader of Feelings who responded to the fact that Ashoka was Pregnant. I have decided to post the initial question here on my homepage along with my response because i feel that it's a question i should answer now before i start passions.

The question

That makes no sense at all. I mean if Lord Vader is Human, and Ahsoka is another species,How could that POSSIBLY work out at all in the pregnancy department? It would be like a Dog getting a Dolphin pregnant. So ... um..wtf?

My Reply

have to respectfully disagree with the message you sent me, and here is
why...

First off I'll address the pademe and anakin point. First off according to darwins theory of evolution (which must be taken into account seeing as there are multiple races/ planets and the galaxy can be reflected to many concepts
on earth) all species (including humans) come from a single place and when they spread out, adapt to their different environments (aka their genetic makeup changes) so to counteract your point Pademe and Anakin don't have the
same DNA either. Now according to www.forums. and the star wars homepage, Humans and Twi'leks have similar genetic makeup and as one person commented and was also written in the story Nightility and a comic published recently.
According to these sources it is quite possible for these species to have children. Now i look to an article written on all star wars websites saying that the twi'lek and Togruta are almost identical species in their genetic
makeup. Now this is one of those if A=b and B=C then A=C moments in which you must assume that with the closeness of their genetic makeup, it is quite possible for humans and Togrua's to have children. now I'm not saying that it
would be easy but there are rare events in which this could possible accrue.

Second, one must remember that this story is a pure work of FICTION. Not everything will be correct according to one source or another. I, as a writer, am allowed to take some creative license and change some minor things to fit
into my story. For example i could alter an event which really had no effect and it would be ok. But if i changed Obi-wan from a human to a gamorian i would have a challenge on my hands. For example Ashoka (in the movie/TV
series) was never promoted to the rank of jedi and did not go on missions by herself. She was never captured by Ventress and she never had a relationship (beyond padawan/master) with Anakin. Anakin and Pademe didn't brake up and i
doubt that some ships have rooms that are sound proof (though i can't be sure). If i followed the master plan laid out by George Luciusas it wouldn't be a fan fiction but instead plagiarism. For this i turn to a quote written by
one of my fellow authors about how she altered the personality of Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis..

"If you want to see the boring, emotionless Rei, then watch the Tv show. But if you want to see the Rei with emotions and a personality then read my fan fiction." I pose the same comment to you. While i'm glad that you have read my
story and asked a good question, you must recgoinize that EVERY fan fiction auther takes creative license in order to give the story that good quality that keeps readers reading.

i hope i have managed to show you how it is possible for a human and a Togruta to have kids. And i hope you continue to read my stories.

Feelings is finally DONE!! i was wondering at times if i was even going to finish it since it was originally planned as a one shot. The next story in line is "Passion" and will be up soon. As many of you guessed, Ashoka is indeed pregnant. Don't set up the shower too early (remember she has been held prisoner for a year). The second book will deal mostly with the children as Ashoka struggles to find them. The birth scene WILL NOT be in the second book. Well that's enough talk of Passion. Don't worry their will be more lemons and fluff along the way. I hope you all enjoyed Feelings and are looking foward to Passion as much as i am!

Happy Thanksgiving! I had planned on writing the next chapter of "Feelings" and have it updated today but with my plans for the holiday there was no time. The next chapter will be up soon. The sequel to "From Cold to Warm" will be writen and posted soon. So please look foward to it.

I have decided to continue my supposed one-shot lemon "Feelings" I will begin writing the second chapter soon and will post either this or next week. It is most likely to be posted within the first 10 days of November. The possibility of a sequel to "From Cold to Warm" is still possible and an idea has been chosen. Rei felt a tear trickle down her cheek as she listened to Shinji’s little speech. How had she allowed herself to get into this position? Shinji valued her more than the entire world. She owed him something for that.

Shinji glared in Kaworu’s direction. “What are you getting at?”

Kaworu smirked. “Do you even know why she was made, Shinji?”

Shinji’s eyebrow twitched.

“Do you even know…” Kaworu said, condescendingly, “What she is?”

Two months ago, Shinji had held back his fist from striking Kaworu in the face. Shinji decided, then and there, that it was high time to amend this fact.

Shinji suddenly felt a blow to his face which brought his out of his trance. Clutching his red cheek, he was now looking at an angry Rei. Shinji was dumbfounded since the girl had not slapped him since before the attack of the Fifth Angel; when Shinji had insulted his father.

“Don’t say that” said Rei, tears forming in her eyes. “Don’t ever say that again.”

“I am sorry Rei. I just don’t want to be a burden to you. You are now finally free of NERV and my father. You should be happy without having to keep worrying about me” said Shinji, rubbing his cheek.

Rei slapped him again; this time across the other cheek. “You are not a burden to me Shinji Ikari. I love you. We will always be together no matter what. If you die…I die. It is simple as that. Do you understand me?”

“Yes Rei; I just want you to be happy” said the boy, his voice dropping low.

Rei leaned over and place her lips against his. After a few seconds, she removed her lips but placed her forehead against his while keeping her eyes closed.

“I am happy. I am here with you and that is all that matters. If the only way we could be together this way, then so be it” said Rei in a whisper that only he could hear.
