Author has written 8 stories for Halo, Lord of the Rings, Assassin's Creed, Kingdom Hearts, Detective Conan/Case Closed, and Chronicles of Narnia.

Hey, everyone! I'm an aspiring author who is currently writing a book. I joined fanfiction to release the stories which plague me during mental blocks with my book (the stupid thing seems to love watching me bang my head against numerous walls). I am hoping that you as my readers will leave reviews on my work that will help me further develop my writing. I LOVE constructive criticism and tips on how to improve. I write and read no slash or inappropriate romance.

I am a Christian and saved by the power of Jesus Christ. I will have spiritual references in my stories because my love for Jesus keeps me from remaining silent. "I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes..." Romans 1:16.

God Bless! ~Ila

Stories:

Ironic Trust is a Halo fanfic I thought up at the spur of the moment. It's not near as good as I'd like it to be, but I do not have time to improve it to a my normal standards. As someone once told me, "The curse of a writer is elusive perfection." It is finished.

Fateful Knowledge is simply an AU Lord of the Rings story which came to my mind one day after reading one of the modern day LOTRs fics. I am open to plot ideas as my plot bunny seems to be sound asleep. It's currently on hiatus.

Hope Always is an Assassin's Creed oneshot I wrote about Altaïr shortly after the game ends. The story came to me one night soon after I finished the game, and I had it written the less then three hours. I hope that it will be enjoyed as much as I enjoyed writing it.

The Blades of Eru is a Lord of the Rings/Narnia crossover. I had dreamed for years about writing one and have finally got around to doing so. It has Legolas and possibly Edmund as the main characters and is set before the War of the Ring in the Middle-Earth. It will follow the movie version of Narnia more than the book. It is completed. It received an Honorable Mention in the 2009 Middle Earth Fanfiction Awards.

There is a sequel I wish to write for Blades of Eru. However, because of real life and some other projects, I will unable to start the sequel for quite some time.

A Child's Wisdom is a short, Lord of the Rings oneshot I wrote for the Teitho contest 'Healing.' Needless to say, I forgot about it and missed the deadline for the contest. ;)

Tempered Rain is a Lord of the Rings/Narnia crossover oneshot. I cannot say what exactly inspired this story, only that I wanted Aragorn to meet Aslan. It has been nominated for the 2010 Middle Earth Fanfiction Awards.

Shattered is a Detective Conan twoshot. I was frustrated at the lack of father/son stories for Yusaku and Shinichi and wrote this. (Or perhaps I just wanted to torment Shinichi. *winks*)

My favorite books/movies/games:

The Lord of the Rings, both the books and the movies, have captured my heart. My favorite characters are Legolas (book version, not movie), Elladan and Elrohir, Glorfindel, Aragorn, and Faramir. Just so you all know, I love Elves, so all my LOTRs stories will most likely be about them.

Star Wars: I watched the movies at age eleven and loved them ever since. I especially love the books by Timothy Zahn who bring the characters so brilliantly to life and introduce Mara Jade, who I love and adore. My favorite characters are Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, and Mara Jade.

Halo: My brother purchased the games as they came out, and I played them mostly for the story line. I love the Arbiter, but mostly because his journey is more difficult than Master Chief, thus more interesting, but Master Chief also holds a piece of my heart. I am looking forward to the movie and just hope that Peter Jackson does not ruin it.

Assassin's Creed: Now this is a game I love above all others. The gameplay and story line are extremely engaging, and I can hardly stop playing once I start. My favorite character is evidently Altaïr, but I also like Malik a lot also. I would love to forage more into this world, but I do not have the time at the moment. Perhaps someday...
