Author has written 1 story for Metroid.

" Talking to yourself is a sign of intelligence, but yelling at a brick wall is just stupid."

- Venomous Woe (in other words, me )

In a world without sense or creativity, the Mary-Sues have take over the fanfic universe, running amok and destroying fandoms and raping unsuspecting, hot CCs, one forum dares to halt their reign of terror. The Sue invasion must be stopped. Who is up to the challenge?

The Original Character Courtroom.

I am Venomous Woe, and I think that this site is too much boring and not enough burning!! (If you know where that's from, you get a cookie!)

Let's see...about me...well, I'm an angsty American student. I'm generally pretty friendly, but in real life I tend to keep to myself. I also learned to read on my own (and I'm obsessed with learning everything else on my own; I think it's more of an accomplishment than learning it from someone else). I'm a perfectionist, and I hate messing up. I'm also a deep thinker, but I have a screwed-up brain (PDD-NOS and clinical depression will screw anybody up).

I've had some experience, though my past works are nothing to commend. I hope to write some good fanfiction here, with some personality and imagination imbued in each one. Right now I'm currently working on a revised version of my old fic Metroid Fusion 2: Scion.

In case you haven't picked up on it by now, I was once a member of Nintendo's NSider forum before they closed, under the name H3adhunt3r (The whole bit about MF2: S gives it away).

Let me say this right now: I'm not an author who's interesting in dumbing down writing just to make it suitable for the kiddies. I'm not afraid to include gore, language, and sex in my fanfiction, or my writing in general. Whether it will be used properly is another story, but if you are squeamish about any of these things, don't bother reading. However, I am a sensible individual, and if I were to use any of these things, I would try to make sure that they fit in proper context. I do draw the line at sibling to sibling incest, however; I'm not touching that with a 100 foot pole. Anything else is possible, though.

I tend to gravitate toward "expanded universe" fanfiction as my preferred works. I like to find holes in the canon, and fill it in. I also like to use little, insignificant details to reinforce my stories, or create whole subplots based on them. You won't really see me do too many character introspections, unless if it's someone really unorthodox. I'd love to be able to do a parody or two, but I'm not the best comedian in the world, so I need to really put some effort into coming up with good jokes.

I'm a gamer nerd, whose interests include Metroid, Castlevania, Tales of Symphonia, Halo, Super Smash Bros., Mario (particularly Paper Mario), and any game with the name "Treasure" slapped on it (that includes Gunstar Heroes). The current gen consoles in my house right now are Xbox 360, Wii, and DS, though I've also got a GCN, N64, GBA, PS2, and Xbox on the premises. I also like video game music as well. Sooooo much better than mainstream music.

I don't read too many books, actually. Not on my own, anyway. I've read a bit more recently, but I don't think I read enough to consider myself an avid reader.

I'm also atheist, and I'm not afraid to admit it. I'm sorry, but I don't believe in God, nor do I think that Jesus was the savior. I think that Jesus's teachings were just a simple philosophy that got blown out of proportion over the centuries. I see no reason to change my beliefs. If that means I'm going to go to Hell, then so be it, I say. Might as well kick half the world down into Hell with me. Sneer at me, taunt me, defame me for everything I hold dear, but I will not bend my knee to you.

Oh, and one last thing. I AM NOT A GIRL!! DON'T BELIEVE WHAT ANYONE SAYS!! I AM MALE!! I DON'T HAVE BREASTS!! I HAVE SOMETHING IN BETWEEN MY LEGS!!

Oh, and yes, people have mistaken me for a girl. Just pointing that out. ;)

Anyway, that's about it. Feel free to review, but keep in mind that I value courtesy in a reviewer. Frankly, if you're the type of reviewer that doesn't care about another person's feelings, then I have no respect for you and want nothing to do with you. I won't get my underwear in a knot if you're rude to me, but I don't appreciate a "thoughtful" review if the thought was, "Oh, screw the author; I talk how I want, bitch!"

Criticism is what you put into it. If you mean well, and you want to show me that, then you have to show it in your criticism. If you want respect, you have to earn it from me. I will not automatically respect you because you took the time to voice your opinion. Opinions are like buttholes; everybody has one. And the more something is readily available, the less valuable it is. So if you think I'm going to fall down on my hands and knees and kiss your feet just because you reviewed, keep dreaming. Concrit, to me, is the most valuable gem a reviewer can offer, and although it will cut me if I touch it, it will heal the wounds it inflicts. Flames are just rocks, that do little except give me a bump on the head. And when I get hurt, I get pissed off.

If you want some help on how to give concrit, these sites might be useful:

Oh, and don't be surprised if you try to review only to find I've blocked you. I do not tolerate certain behavior in reviewers, including, but not limited to, the following:

1. Flaming my works or the works of other authors.

2. Owning or contributing to sporking threads.

3. Repeatedly disregarding every reasonable standard of netiquette.

4. Listing things you flame authors for in your profile (Hey, that's the image you wanted to make of yourself).

5. Spamming my inbox with stupid PMs.

6. Bullying me or other users.

7. Trolling any of the forums I frequent.

8. Stalking me

Now, I won't block you if you've done these things in the past. We all make mistakes and I can't expect you to have been a perfect angel from the day you were born. What I do have a problem with is if you keep doing it, make excuses for doing it, or pride yourself in doing it. I'm not going to feel sorry for you, because the blocking feature exists PRECISELY for users like you.

However, I am a nice person, and I don't like to be mean. So go ahead and review. If you're still uncertain or wary of me, just take a look at the reviewers I currently have. Several of them know how to write concrit, so I think it might be good to see if you can pick up any hints from them. I'm sure you'll do fine without, though.

Oh, also, the Fireplace can suck it. HARD.
