Note: My WIP stories are still being updated. I have not abandoned them, I just got stupid and decided to go for my Master's Degree. I still write, but it is in between studies and research papers, mostly at work and in a notebook.

10-19-2011 Waves notebook around chapters 39 and 40 of HOTF are written. Don't know when I'll have time to type and post. Also, I was able to finally recover Enemies of Our Enemies, Chapter 2 and a meme thing from the harddrive of a dead computer. Several other oneshots were lost. Lesson: when you back up your work, make sure that the backup work isn't also screwed up, and unreadable on the new computer. I salvaged the important stuff though, but wibbled when I lost a WIP I was poking at called Jetfire's Lament. Damn.

Who Am I

I am a teacher, a wife, a mother, a student, an artist, an inspiring writer, and I have lived all over the United States. My life has been one huge gypsy-esque adventure. Some of my writing comes from these experiences and involves people I have met, some of it is completely made up. You figure out which is which. If you notice that I spend a lot of time "in the heads of characters" you are right, my love and primary education is that of a behaviorist. I have decades of experience figuring out why people do the stupid things they do, and let me tell you, as a species, humans aren't such hot stuff. We think we are smarter than we really are.

My characters have their own opinions, political and spiritual views. Do not assume that any of these are my own. I can accept that people have differing views and no one has to agree on anything. Humans aren't nice, there are bigots, misogynists and cruel people in the real world, they can show up in fiction too. If this bothers you, don't read my stories.

My Stories

*I am currently updating and revising most of my stories. For some this means a total rewrite, and for others, this means grammar and spell check. This stupid project came about when I realized that my computer ate my backup copies and FFn was the only place to find them. *gasp* Images of another Great Purge came to mind and I panicked. On the upside, the fics should be better with fewer mistakes. *

Ha, Finding Salvation has been backed up onto disc and the rest are printed as I finish them. woot If something happens, I will have copies that can't get eaten by a virus. yay. Now to start moving HOTF somewhere.

Full Velocity

(AU) Is set roughly in the movie verse. It is OC centric, but it doesn't deal with just the OC, if that makes since. Be warned I have librally drawn from other TF verses and created a little of my own. If MBay can give Optimus flames, paint Ratchet green and make Bumblebee a Camaro, then I can have a little fun. If I had known that people were actually going to read this, then I would have done a lot of things different. Oh, well. I am hoping to put this to rest after HOTF, but ideas for a third part are trying to grow. Damn it. Please note that this series was started before the Revenge Of The Fallen/Dark of the Moon, and doesn't pertain to anything in those movise.

Finding Salvation - Complete- The autobots stumble across an ancient race on the verge of extinction. (needs to be rewritten. My goal is to finish HOTF and spend some time reworking it, and changing some of it around.)

Holding Onto The Future - In progress- Takes place immediatly following FS. Velocity tries to cope with the massive changes in her life, and the new Autobots arriving everyday. The Decepticons are plotting, and sometimes it is hard to tell friend from foe. Yes, I know I am slow at updating right now, but I have RL things to do.

Enemies of Our Enemies -In Progress - A dark, 4 part fic. I wanted to look at the less awe inspiring and more horrifying, personally damaging aspects of an alien war come to Earth.

Let It Cost What It May - Not sure if complete or in progress. This one wants to take off on it's own and delve into prewar Cybertron. This can also be read as a stand alone fic, as no background to the other fics is needed. Centers around Ironhide and Chromia during the early days of their lives (if I continue, into the start of the war.)

His Angel - Complete - Came from a nasty case of writers block, a bottle of merlot, and a religious discussion with a friend. I couldn't write a thing for HOTF and just typed something. As soon as the first line was finished, the rest fell into place. I wish it was always that easy to write something.

Megatron - Complete - A one shot that ate at my brain while reading a book titled The Cygnus Mystery. What did Megs think while the chased the Allspark?

The Meme Collection - Always in Progress - It is exactly what the name implies, a bunch of memes shoved under one heading. Short, silly, random and spontanious.
