Author has written 6 stories for DC Elseworlds, X-Men: The Movie, and Batman. There are some genuinely dramatic ideas for fanfics I get sometimes, but the material that flows most smoothly out of me is superhero farce. I find it irresistably appealing to look upon the superhero genre through the "Wolf and Sheepdog" filter. Melodramatic aliases, primary colored spandex, flimsy secret identities, flagrent disregard for city ordinances and a constant cycle of capture and escape are just part of the daily professional life of the masks. Like being Elton John or the Queen, being Poison Ivy or Batman is a job, and jobs are a ripe topic for humor. | |||||||||
