A few of my favorite things: Words cannot truly express how much I love television and cinema as a whole. Not just any television or cinema, though. I'm picky. At current, my favorite television fandoms include: NCIS, Bones and Lost.

Favorite TV shows that no longer exist: The X-Files, Alias, La Femme Nikita, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Sarah Connor Chronicles, and oddly enough, Bewitched. No one wiggles their nose like Elizabeth Montgomery. Don't let anyone tell you different. They lie.

My ships: I am an avid shipper. I can't help it. My path down shipdom began with Mulder and Scully. The current ship I love so dearly is Tony and Ziva from NCIS, but I am also a big fan of Booth and Brennan from Bones, Sawyer and Kate from Lost, and many others which are more half-hearted than anything.

Things I hate about TV: Anything reality based. Reality TV is evil. It is the bane of my existence. I wish for it to disappear this instant. Sadly, I will not get my wish, so I will continue to pretend that this type of television does not pollute the airwaves. Here's something to think on: All the reality TV you watch is being beamed into space at light speed. Do you really want other civilizations in the universe to know you're watching that junk?

Beta Reading: I do beta read, in case anyone is interested in my services. I'm a stickler for proper punctuation in a story. Ridiculously so, in fact. You can have a very well written summary on the main page of a fandom, but if I open up a story and there are misspelled words in the first few paragraphs, and or the misuse of words like their, they're, its or it's, I'm going to stop reading your story. As an adult who reads a lot, things like that are very annoying because they are so easily remedied. Get a beta, no matter who it is. I promise, you won't regret it.
