Hi

My name is Robert and I’m a middle aged Scot who got hooked on Harry Potter but became disillusioned with the later books and don’t even mention that epilogue.

Didn’t discover fan fiction till summer 2007 and loved it before finally deciding to give writing a try so came up with “A Kiss Can Save The World” and hope you like it - it's the first story I've ever written!

My main pairing will always include Harry / Hermione, I like Ginny but just not with Harry, think Ron’s a total arse and Draco a wannabe death eater who used two UNFORGIVABLE curses in book six yet still walked free!

Don’t like angst or ‘will they, wont they’ where the stories over before they get together and I love to see the good guys win.

As I write purely for enjoyment all my stories will probably fit into the above categories, if that’s not for you – no problem! There are plenty great stories out there and enough room for everyone.

A Kiss Can Save The World:

First thing I’ve ever written and, while I’d probably do parts of it differently now, only changes being made will be for spelling and grammar as I try and edit it chapter by chapter.

Knowledge Is Power:

Just been edited by Robert Louis Stevenson, yes that is his real name, and will be updating the chapters when I finish writing my latest effort. Will also be writing and posting the follow-on - Four Weddings and a Funeral at this time – this is NOT an epilogue!

More Important Things:

Was re-reading ‘Dumbledore Answers Harry’ when I noticed it was a challenge, the whole story just jumped into my head there and then. Was writing KIP at the time so had to put it to one side, time leap in middle was deliberate as was vague hints at type of training. Had no intention of writing a hundred pages on the group training when it’s been done to death in many, many stories already.

Fate’s Gambit:

Intentions for my current story were for it to be pre-Hogwarts and leave readers with a much-changed situation and environment facing an equally transformed Harry, Hermione and Luna. I am currently reconsidering this and it may now just be end of part one.
