XD), Avatar: The Last Airbender, Courage the Cowardly Dog, the whole kiddy stuff, but now they just make crappy shows now like Chowder and Flap Jack. I liked the originals better.

Movies: I kinda want to see After Life if it's have Leon in it (Lol, I'm such a nerd). Shooter, that was an awesome movie, Mark Wahlberg was excellent, and his sniping skills still amaze me. Disturbia was good too, I saw Wanted awhile ago. Sometimes the comic relief was great. There are a few things I want to see, like Eagle's Eye and Hancock, I saw Mama Mia! with my mom, it makes we want to go to Greece and just dance :D OH GOD, Shannon dragged me to the movies to see Drag Me To Hell, scary, very scary...anywho, I've seen bits and pieces of other movies like Room 408, Shutter, but not really the whole thing. Resident Evil: Degeneration was awesome! Claire and Leon are an awesome team! :D I was left speechless...they REALLY should consider making a sequel :D Bravo Capcom! Money worth spent ;) (MAKE SURE YOU WATCH IT IN BLUE-RAY! XD) The commentary kinda hinted they would do a sequel, I remember them saying "It kinda makes us want to cover Rebecca" or something, it's a rumor if they make a sequel, but they've been thinking about covering whatever happened to 'Becca (About time huh? Geez, what about Barry? Carlos? Billy? SHERRY? SHED SOME LIGHT ON THEM!! Nobody goes missing for a decade, seriously Capcom, this is one cliffhanger everyone's pissed about D:).

Books: Uhh...I kinda just read the RE novels through the school year, if it made me look forward to SSR, sure, why not. I've read Zero Hour, Umbrella Conspiracy, Caliban Cove, City of the Dead, and Underworld, I just finished it on my plane ride, and I have to say it's got to be one of my favs. I do want to read Nemesis and Code: Veronica, and I wish SD Perry could have done RE4, that would've been great. I do read a couple mangas, mainly the Kingdom Hearts and a series called Hollow Fields.

IM: I do have Yahoo Messenger and MSN Messenger, but I'm not going to just give it to anyone. I won't deny it to everyone, but there are a few people on here I know, and I defiantly won't give it it anyway that, should I say, hates me?

Updates: I update usually Friday, Saturday, and late Sunday night (Pacific Time). Other than that, I know I'll try to update a lot over breaks, Winter Break, Spring Break, extended weekends, etc.

About me: I'm the "Queen of Angst" for starters XD SUBMIT TO THE SADNESS!

I'm a 14 year old freshman high school student, I'm very friendly, especially when leaving reviews. I am 5' 1", hazel eyes, and I have long, wavy brown hair that reaches my elbows. I have light brown highlights at the very front of my hair, except they are natural, I didn't pay for them :) I'm half Mexican, part Irish, and part Italian, even though I still look like an Irish girl. I take Spanish, I suck at Math, and expertise is in Music, English and Science. My future career is to be a gemologist. I live with my family, Mom, Dad, my sister and my brother. I'm very supportive and persuasive with my ideas, and come up with them quite often.

"Why join FF?"

I discovered FF back in winter of '07 which coincidentally was one of the best winters of my life. I typed "Resident Evil" into Google, and came up with a story about Leon and Krauser going on an undercover mission into Wal-Mart to buy lavender scented candles or something. I give props to whoever wrote it, really funny XD I thought how cool it sounded: Write about something you love, share with everyone else, and look at their stories too, it was like a miracle. I got into it, with my Level 1 writing skills. Short sentences, misunderstood dialogue, I seemed almost embarrassed to post. And I didn't. Instead, I just looked around, found some awesome fics, reviewed, but at the same time, mentally noted story structure and descriptive sentences. Aside from that, I wrote some stories out of boredom in school, and came out with some great ones that even my real life friends are following. Soon, as my "kind" label spread through the RE section, I made friends, and soon when I posted, they became dedicated reviewers, which I thank greatly.

But, there's a downside to everything...

I love my brother. I really do, but when it gets to the fanfic subject, our relationship seems weakened. No, I've never confronted him about it, I just know he'd point and laugh. I have a separate folder for Fanfic emails so if he walks by, he won't see anything. I always have a second tab up or a game like solitaire up, that way if I know he's coming, I can exit out. On long trips through airplane or car, I have to "fanfic proof" my saved fics from the site (changing names from Chris to Craig, Rebecca to Rachel, Jill to Jade...). I have to lie about the friends I talk to via MSN, saying they go to my school. If I'm lucky, they'll play along with the secret (Thanks a lot Chris, fooling him into thinking you go to my school has really worked). Back when I used my mom's laptop, I always had to erase my history for FF, partial reason I got my own. I can leave my history, talk to friends, and even save my stories to Word. However, I'm still paranoid, so I want to make a password for the documents. This may rub off as stupid, but since I'm going into High School come fall, I'll be around him a lot more, and face the torment a lot longer in the day. He's 16, I'm 14, he's only 2 years older, but the past we have of a close childhood together makes all the difference. I've kept the secret for a little over 3 years now, but he's been hinted about it. My sister has gotten into FF as well, and writing stories, and drawing fanart. She doesn't erase history, she leaves these drawings everywhere, that way, when he sees them I play dumb and act along with him while he screams at it, whatever it may be. Knowing her, she'd probably squeal on me and say I got her into it (the Chris/Jill pics, the Rebecca/Billy pics, the Redfield children pics, the Wesker/Jill pics...ugh!). Because of all this, my updates may be slow at times. The last thing I would want to lose is the inspiration the drives me to write...and the respect of my brother.

If you follow this situation in your life to dealing with family, friends, teachers, or enemies, go ahead and pat yourself on the back. You can make the best stories on the entire site, and be forced to keep it a secret, even with putting up with the abuse . It's more the matter of being proud of what your creating, and waving off every negetave remark, and it took me 3 years to realize that, but I don't think I even fully learned to accept that yet. Even so, I know that he may not like it. This is the truth, coming from the bottom of my heart, mainly the reason it takes my long updates, it's like my bro is everwhere. I actually just jumped a mitnute ago because someone came into this room, but it was just my sister. Anyway, my point has been said. And if you need anyone to talk to about it, go ahead and send me a PM. Feel free to use any of the tips I've mentioned above as well.

Hopefully he'll learn one day (sigh) Hopefully...

Hobohunter: Without doubt the biggest Cleon fan I know. 'Nuff said XD Her archive includes oneshots of RE pairings (Many of them Cleon XD) and a couple focus on all the characters in general. Action packed, she won't cease to amaze you with her humor and tense situations. Aside from FF, she's a great artist, she's a great friend altogether. I love her writing style and her personality! She's probably the first person that showed me the Claire/Leon pairing. You rock Megan ;)

Divine Arion: She so awesome, nothing more needs to be said. She's got to be the nicest friend/reviewer/writer in the whole RE community! And one of the biggest Wesker fanatics XD! She doesn't care for pairings (yaoi even), she likes OCs, she's not picky, and she seems like the last person in the world that would ever flame. Not only that, but I hope everyone can live by her words, "We're all here to just read, write and have fun!" Check out her work, I have recently and good God, she truley understands the dictionary term 'OC', Audrey is a beautifully made OC, and she surfaces a lot of questions of how Albert was in his youth, and what if he did have a sister? She's so amazing, and frankly one of the best people I've come in contact with :)

FeburaryLily: OMG she's so cool! Her fic "Bound and Cold" is one of my chart toppers for my fav fics! Featuring the ex-STARS...(don't read if you hate spoilers XD) Rebecca is captured and injected with T-Veronica and T-virus. Physically dead, she still walks around like nothing ever happened. With exception of her "alter ego" haunting her. Each day, she's losing everything that makes her human as the clock ticks away. Will she find the cure? She's definitely got a lot of potential for this story, I'm so excited for updates!

Chaed: A truley gifted writer. Her hardcore descriptions of Wesker, William, and many others are absolutely amazing. I enjoy her stories very much (Corpus Delicti being my favorite, I've read her oneshots, now I just need to read her others. From what I've heard, she makes these chilling stories of Weser's expolits throughout the RE timeline) Please, do check her work out. She is one of the few people (including myself and some others) that label Wesker more than just an "evil villain".

Mlie-Redfield: I love this girl! -glomp Mlie- She's so nice, so friendly, I'm so glad I am able to talk to her! She has quite a cute series up about Wesker's first crush. GO READ IT! XD Seriously though, she's a very sweet person :3

Resident Evil

I can't tell you how much I love this series. Period. But I think I'll tell you anyway XD. It's actually a funny story how I got into it. I was on summer vacation visiting New York to see some family on my mom's side. We went to a restraunt called Friendly's and there was a half hour wait, so we went across the street to Game Stop. My older brother decided to get the Devil May Cry box set, and try Resident Evil 4. When we got back to the house, me and my sister stood up late watching my brother play it, instantly loved it. A question that found it's way into my mind was who the hell is Wesker and why does everyone hate him? And Ada? Is there something going on between her and Leon? But it's those questions that also what inspired us to get the other games. My brother owns RE Remake and 4, I own Code Veronica X, and my sister owns RE 0, 2, and 3! She got all of them from Santa on Christmas of '07, and here we are today! By the way, Claire is my fav character.

Couples I Support: Chris/Jill, Claire/Leon, Rebecca/Billy, Not really anyone for Wesker...I guess Wesker/really nicely constructed just-like-Wesker-OC (-points silently at xDemon Hunterx- XD), Sheva/Josh.

Some of the couples I support, but you never see: Richard/Rebecca (Hazard: Zero to One by Indigo Siren is a big influence on this couple. Great fic by the way :D), just a tiny little ity bity of Wesker/Jill (Blame xDemon Hunterx again! XD and RE5 too :P), and Leon/Rebecca (I'm still a hard-core Cleon fan! It's just a little something I read. Brian1's fault, Unlikely Duo XP), Rebecca/OC, I've never seen a Chris/OC or Jill/OC before. Hmm...

Couples I don't prefer (not hate, just don't find me reading fics on these couples…): Jill/Carlos (Sorry, she's got Chris. And we haven't heard from the guy in 10 years), Wesker/Rebecca (...Do I need to explain myself?), Chris/Rebecca (it's more of a brother-sister relationship to me), Chris/Sheva (Just partners and friends, nothing more), I've never played any of the Outbreaks, so I don't know the couples for those games. Leon/Ada (it seems like she plays with his emotions way too much) Claire/Steve, Leon/Angela (T-T why Capcom? One of the worst mistakes besides killing off Wesker. OMG RE5 SPOILER!! D:) Leon/Ashley, (I just don't really like Ashley, she was kinda annoying in 4. She's not his type XP). No yaoi, yuri, incest, or lemons.

Just because I don't like the following doesn't mean I'll scream at you for liking them. So don't be mad If I like/dislike a pairing you dislike/like. Please? T-T

On the flipside, I don't read fics just for couples. I mean, if a fic has a really good storyline but has a couple I don't prefer, the pairing totally cancels out. I would never pass up a great fic because it contains one tiny pairing that I don't like. If a story of your's has one of my "Not preferred" parings in it, send it over anyway. I analyze based on story structure, not characters. Sorry if that came off as confusing for some people. So go ahead and send me a PM :)

Well, ain't this an old series! I guess the only way I started playing this series was from when they released Ocarina of Time. The storyline was so cool, and the way the history adds up. Follow the twists behind everything, including the history on the Meyers family, and how things will turn out...because they're running out of time...and the clock will eventually stop...or will it?

Inspiration: A dream, actually. Amazing huh? Something so little could become so big. I discovered FF back in December of 2007 actually, but I was too young to join (by a year...). I searched "Resident Evil" in Google, and came up with a story about Leon and Krauser going on an undercover mission into Wal-Mart (LOL!) I was curious, so searched around a bit. I read some early stories, my very first one being "Evil Begins". I thought "Wow, that looks like fun!" So I began plotting some stuff, but couldn't imagine anything. That night, I had a dream after watching my bro play REmake, Chris turns into a zombie and attacks Rebecca, which began as my starting point (Check chapter 2: Back At Raccoon). Originally, the story was supposed to be about 10 chaps, but my writing skills were so ameature back then, I'm talking 7th grade! I'm on chapter 8 and barely even started! Since then, I can't believe how much It's changed, I still have trhe original 7 chaps saved on my email, and I laugh at myself back then, even if it was the most awesome thing in the world to me back then! So, I'm happy with how it's turned out, and frankly, I'm shocked at how many people think as well! I guess that's how things go when you review everyone else and be friendly...ha!

Silent Sun Drops

Heya guys…Been a while, hasn’t it?

So um…I got some rather…interesting emails in the past month. All pretty much following this:

Hey! Why haven’t you updated?!

Dude, the frick is going on?!

Cat, where the hell have you been?!

Ha. So um…figured I might as well answer the mountain of questions in my inbox.

(1) What the hell? You just disappeared! Everything okay?

Yeah, everything’s okay now, sorry for the sudden disappearance. Let’s just say that I had gotten in some heated arguments with my brother, and inevitably with everything going on, school, family, friends, etc., everything seemed to go too fast, and found myself in pretty bad meltdown.

(2) Everything ok? Family, school and such?

Again, no worries. HS is way more than I expected, and it’s hard to adapt to the change, still. Family? Yeah, no big deal. Brother can be a pain, but hey, what can we do about ‘em?

(3) How’s high school coming at ya?

School? Surprisingly good. New friends, new teachers, new opportunities, it’s all in the good. I’ve been getting myself involved in drama and art clubs, and it’s been rewarding me greatly with more inspiration to write new stuff. On a rather sour note, my English teacher is almost a clone of my old English teacher, which sucks on my part. Suddenly it’s a good idea to think if I have good writing, I should be excellent at anything artsy like in class. Funny that. Pregnant hormones aren’t helping either, she screams like a banshee.

Although, she’s not so bad. She doesn’t want to read any stories and won’t stalk me until I do hand them over. So there’s a plus.

(4) May I dare even ask about “Below Zero” ?

No. Don’t even dare.

This sucks, it really does. I’ve only got 2 chapters, millions of ideas, and no way to organize it. It happens with all my fics. I already have ideas for ROOT’s ending! When Rebecca- gagged XD

So right now, it’s a no. It might change, but I’m not sure.

(5) How are your updates coming?

Good, actually. I’m working on chapter 10-12 at the moment, and hopefully have those up sometime this month. Reviews are always loved of course, and drive me to proceed.

Thanks, really. I know there’s a couple I talk over MSN that are very supportive and wise whether it be stories of everyday life. You guys are very loved.

As for updates, I’m trying to pick up the pace I took over summer, maybe pump them out weekly (How awesome would that be?! :D) that would be the best thing in the world right now!
