Hi there people!

I'm the kind of writer who begins many projects, most of them long, large stories and plots, but only manages to complete a handful. Thus I've started making oneshots as well, just to write and finish what I'm writingMany of my fics are WIPs/on hiatus/incomplete. Those are mosty and unbetaed, and critical as I am, I personally think they suck and only keep them here since so many seem to appreciate them (including 'Sea Waves' and 'Storm Winds'). Maybe one day I'll revise them and complete them, if my time allows it - who knows? At the moment I'm writing at 'Wars Faraway' which for once is worth reading, hopefully, and I'm doing my best completing it - once I get hands on the fourth Inheritance book that is (What? I need ideas too you know. Because how are they going to defeat Galbatorix?...) My stories are usually not for those who cannot stomach slash or sometimes mpreg. Just a fair warning, okay?

(This paragraph was posted sometime during 2011 or 2010 possibly, so it's an old note but I'm keeping it.) I'm removing some of my older stories, because they lack quality or plot, or are incomplete/abandoned. I'm taking some of them down permanently or for rewriting, but it may time awhile before, if ever, they're up running again. Thank you all who've read and reviewed them in the past. Sorry if it troubles you and you've enjoyed the stories, but personally I don't like them anymore which is why they are disappearing.

Tiny warning for sensitive readers: Also if you haven't noticed, I'm a slash writer mostly; such themes are often included in my fics and I've also written about mpreg. I'm a quite avid angst-writer too albeit my current story (TMIATD) is written mainly to humour. My current addiction is Merthur, since they're two sides of the same coin; the word of the Slash Dragon is my law, etc. etc. -- so if anything of this isn't your cup of tea, please don't read any further.

On my language: I write using my second language, and when writing I use a mix of British and American English. This is because at school I'm being taught British (mostly) but in my free time I encounter mostly American, so the result is, as said, a mix I'm not even sure of how exactly it's composed: I've got difficulty sometimes telling the two apart. (There might be other "sorts" of English and dialects involved too.) I'm sorry if this bothers any readers. At the moment I have no beta(s); although a couple of my stories have been wholly or partly beta-read, most of them haven't and thus grammatical errors probably have slipped through here and there. I've written a couple of drabbles in Swedish, my first language, and might write some more, we'll see.

Favourite books: Lord of the Rings (JRR Tolkien), The Book Thief (Markus Zuzak), Harry Potter-series (JK Rowling), Inheritance Cycle (Christopher Paolini), Witch Child (Celia Rees) among many others. (I'm quite a picky reader.)

Favourite tv-series: BBC's Merlin (please someone, anyone make sure season five reaches Sweden, anyone, please!!), Stargate Atlantis (why did they close that series and replace it with Stargate Universe? WHY? It's so unfair.)

Favourite movies: Lord of the Rings (bless you Peter Jackson), Pirates of the Caribbean (an old favourite, and I'll always like the first movie most because it was first. You people agree that in most movies with sequels and tv-series, the first movie/season is always the best? Because by the second the directors have trouble gaining ideas that seem fresh, new and believable. Oh, I'm getting off-track now. This is exactly what happens when I'm asked to write essays or stuff with word limits...it just won't work out.)

Favourite music/artists/bands: Globus, Two Steps From Hell, Immediate Music & other similar bands; Within Temptation, Nightwish, Evanescence, Vienna Teng, Linkin Park...(I've probably forgot a whole lot but that's the main ones. I usually go after songs I like rather than artists but that'd give one hell of a long list.)

Favourite pairings (now we're getting to the fun part!): Arthur/Merlin or Merthur, from BBC's Merlin (Always. This is probably the one pairing I've shipped the longest and the strongest because, honestly, just look at them. The series' directions have from day one slapped it in our faces, with Destiny and everything and Two sides of the same coin and the unicorn thing and -- you get it right? Right?); McKay/Sheppard or McShep, from Stargate Atlantis; and Legolas/Aragorn from LotR (which was my first ship and what got me into fanfiction in the first place.) Will/Jack from PotC.
I'm considering starting to start watching Sherlock and Torchwood simply because of how often the shows and their slashy pairings are being mentioned alongside Merlin and merthur. What say you people?
