Author has written 25 stories for Star Wars, Harry Potter, Criminal Minds, and Blood+. darthluna01 (n.) def: Asian drama devotee, romcom enthusiast, anime/manga fan (not quite an otaku...), Harry Potter nerd, Star Wars obsessed addict I like the Clone Wars series and its character Ahsoka, though they both have their irksome moments. As for the Star Wars EU, I only read Timothy Zahn and Stackpole's "X-Wing" series. This makes me partial towards Mara Jade, despite her Mary Sue tendencies. My personal SW canon (when I'm writing, that is) includes the aforementioned books, films and shows, though at heart I'm a lover of the films. In warning, I'll say that I'm a canon freak when it comes to pairings and details. Thus, I don't usually go for slash; unfortunately, "Star Wars" and "Harry Potter" give a sparse amount of canon opportunities for that kind of thing, at least with main characters. I do make canon mistakes myself, but I try my best to stay to character and so on. I do admit to indulging in OOC/crack!fics from time to time, but it's just such a dirty pleasure, I can't resist. As for anime/manga, I read/watch somewhat sporadically between shonen and shoujo, though the latter's fluffy, romcom-quality tends to attract me as a quick read. Still, I'm trying to catch up to the "Big Three" of Shonen Jump and read a smattering of shoujo, most notably Skip Beat!. Still, I try as often as possible to provide the public with my meager writing skills. *nudge* I appreciate a constructive criticism-type review (i.e. anything but swearing and attacks on my intelligence) if you have time to leave me a word.
