I'm Rachel.

I live in Texas and have won many awards- including number one in state for my writing. Ha, you can also message me and guess my age- it's a fun game, actually. Not one of you have guessed right yet. Be my guest, and try... I doubt you will figure it out.

The fact that you are simply reading this profile means that you either like my writing (and I praise you to the highest) or you are just too intrigued by my screen name. Eh, It happens.(: I hope you will find my writing enjoyable, and I must say, that my writing is growing more and more each day. Also, I pick up different writing styles from different authors.

Twilight, much?

Lately I have been obsessed with the Twilight series. My favorite character's Alice, she's so much like my friend's it's crazy! Jasper's cool too, from what I know. Edward has his overprotective issues but everyone still loves him. Esme and Carlisle are always sweet, no one can hate them. Rosalie and Emmett-well, my brother's exactly like Emmett so of course I love his character, but I know too many Roaslie's at my school, not really a fan of her. Jacob...only in the first book. Haa. Stephenie Meyer amazes me with every book she puts out. I actually loved vampires before I read Twilight- I thought they were the epitome of cool. Yet, when I read the Twilight series I had no doubt in my mind that I would love to be one. Ha. I also have one of my best friends Aubrie, who loves the Twilight series too. She's moving soon, and we made a pact to fly her from Utah, where she will be living, down to Texas so we can see the Twilight movie in December. Robbert Pattinson is simply delicious, and he IS my Edward. Also, I am counting down to the premiere of Breaking Dawn... and waiting for her to write Midnight Sun. Twilight will remain my favorite series for...hm... ever.

But...what about Harry Potter?

Don't worry. I haven't lost my love for my favorite wizards! This series was my very first obsession and I will never forget it. The books may be over, but we still have the movies to look forward to. JK Rowling, like Stephanie Meyer, will remain one of my heroes for inflicting these wonderful series on us. I am amazed by Harry and his friends, yes. But what interests me most is the Mauraders. Henceforth my screen name. Remus is my favorite, and unlike some Harry Potter enthusiasts, I think Tonks and him are absolutely adorable. Alainie, my best friend and cousin, have our very own story that I wrote just for her, where she is Sirius Black's girl, and I am Remus's. Yes, I have to say, it sounds a little poser-esque. But It did have a plot, and it was just for me and her, anyway. If you want to read this and my many other stories- my old screen name was: TheRightWriter

My Inspirations:

My family, of course will always be up here. My Mom and Sister especially believe in me, and agree that I will go far. That means the world to me. Then, my Dad and brother also think I'm 'awesome' but always go back to football. Haa. I love them more than life itself.

Alainie Lewis- My best friend and cousin in the world. I love this girl more than anything. I would die for her. I always go to her with my petty writing problems and frustrations. We've been through rough patches-but what teenager doesn't? Ha.

Aubrie Anderson- Another best friend, this girl right here is moving to Utah soon. When she leaves I'm going to cry-she's always there to make me feel better and I couldn't have another best friend like this one. We promised to keep in touch--and let her fly down and watch Twilight the movie in December.

Andrea Unger, Caitlyn Pollock, and Natalie Sendukas- Three of my best friends, they support my problems, just like Alainie and Aubrie, but basically all I just have to say is that even though these three girls are nothing alike, it's a lot easier just to say: I love you.

Alex Peacock- My best guy friend by far. Also my exboyfriend. He has no idea how important he is to me, he may have a girlfriend and I understand that. I was stupid when we split, I had no idea. Now, he's always always there for me when I'm down and the first guy to actually listen to whats wrong. He has no idea how much inspiration he gives me.

Quotation Station:

"Crummy Cakes!" -My Dad's invention of a cuss word one day.

"Intense! Like camping!" (get it, in tents! hehehe) -My cousin Amanda; Alainie's sister. Now my sister Katie uses it alot. Ha.

"Oh my gosh, to the left, to the left, there's a michigan!" Alainie called at the beach. (Michigans were our codeword for hotties)

"Oh my gosh! They're EVERYWHERE! This place is SPAWNING with MICHIGANS!" Me, in response to Alainie's outburst. That caused many stares from very hot michigans.

"Yep, this is how I'm going to die" Me, when skimboarding for the first time. Then when a really really really really hot skimboarder-abercrombie fitch model guy asked if we needed help, and after we giggled uncontrollably and he left, I said: "Fools of the nation, right here america!"

When desperately trying to figure out how to make our not-quite-broken-dumb-ass dvd player to work, we found out we needed to put pressure on the top. My sister was holding it down, while I got two heavy books that were left downstairs; Deathly Hallows and Eclipse. It worked, and I replied: "OH MY GOSH, VAMPIRES AND WIZARDS JOINING FORCES TO GET THE MIGHTY RECKLESS DVD PLAYER TO WORK!" Then the system blew and made a popping sound and we backed away. "Okay...maybe not"

I laughed out loud in Science while the whole class was quiet, when during an educational film demonstrating momentum, had a father pushing a fat little girl in one of those barbie-cars. Not a quote, just a funny thing that happened.

"Sex is not only about having babies..." A one-funny-as-hell Science video.

"I hope you get that retarded kid behind us" Yes, my oh-so subtle bff Andrea, referring to a mentally-imbalanced kid behind us. We were going to do skits in front of our "health" class, demonstrating why we should refuse sex. "I hope you get Nick" I told her, a black kid who poked us from behind alot. God, those days in Health we will never forget...

When dropping a knife in foods for today class into the sink, it went down into the compactor and when I flicked on the switch it twirled round-and-round until i freaked out and turned it off. To be funny, I called Aubrie over and asked: "What the hell is that" Then, she took a fork and poked it, "What isssss itttt?" Then, sometime that day we decided it looked like raviolli. So we called it the raviolli knife. And, until she reads my profile, she will never know that I started the whole thing.

Fun-unforgettable Science Days:

Aubrie, one of my bff's, and I disecting a frog in Science with our two male partners, Caleb and Taylor.

"Okay" began Aubrie. "This is the story of our poor defenseless frog. He was paddling away using one of those cat tail things on his lily pad when suddenly he found that his wife tradgically died in a roadway incident. He hopped home, now a single-father while this bug man mutilated the pond with poison gas. Luckily our mighty hero frog, dashed out of the way but ended up getting run over by an 18 wheeler"

"Enlightening story, Aub" I laughed, and the other two boys interceded during the story, wanting to make it more gorry. "Motorcycles could have squashed him--the lady frog could have killed him--" Then Aubrie had a fit. "NO! I KNOW THIS FROG BETTER THAN YOU! I LOVE THIS FROGGY!"

God I love this girl.

Another day in the famous lab, same people, we were dissecting our crawfish friend Cloydd.

"CLOYDD!" Aubrie and I called as we dug deeper into his system. Caleb, thouroghly enjoying himself (the little devil), dug deeper and laughed. "YOUR GOING STRAIGHT TO HELL, CALEB!" Aubrie yelled.

Another day, this time our squid lab. And yes, readers, these were true days of our lives.

"This is our buddy named Hayden" I stated as I brought the tray over with the dead squid and tiny utensils which to cut his insides. When it was time for me, the leader that day, to cut the squid in it's anterior, ink squirted everywhere. Caleb and Taylor laughed, along with me who actually love disection labs--I'm weird like that, yes. Aubrie squealed. "Ugh, we failed now, thanks"

"No problem" I replied, Caleb and I now squirting and poking the eye of the squid with our glove.

I don't remember when in this wonderful day that Aubrie and I agreed that Cloydd and Hayden were Caleb's secret gay lovers, but, indeed we did.
