Things You Should Know About Me:

Name: Collier(nicknamed "C.J.")

Age:17

Gender: Male (Obviously...)

Race: African-American

Occupation: Freshman at Texas Wesleyan University, FanFiction writer

Hobbies: Reading comic books and novels, writing fanfics, watching sci-fi, comedy, and action shows on TV, exercising, surfing the Web, playing video games, and hanging out with my roommates and friends.

Fandoms I Write For (in no particular order):

1) Spider-Man: Why do you think I call myself SuperSpyder CJ? This friendly neighborhood web-slinger is the reason I became so interested in fanfiction! I think the reason why I like him so much is because Peter Parker always tries to do the right thing, no matter what. And that, not the insanely cool spider powers, or the rogues' gallery of psychotic villains, or the 40 years of comic book history, make him a hero. When writing stories in this fandom, I draw heavily from the comic mythos, as well as the insanely brilliant Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon.

2) Heroes: Best. TV Show. EVER!! If I weren't Christian, I'd worship Tim Kring for creating this brilliant show. The characters are complex and interesting. The story lines twist and turn, keeping you on the edge of your seat. The splitting of the show into "volumes" was another genius maneuver on Kring's part. The only flaw seems to be the fickleness of the writers: They bring in and kill characters at the drop of a hat, and can completely twist a character into a horrible parody of themselves. Thankfully, they're doing a much better job this season. I want to thank Lara-Van, whose insanely awesome stories drew me into this fandom.

3) Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D'S: I'll admit it. I didn't like 5D's at first, but then I saw the first episode on YouTube, and it instantly became my #1 anime! This segment of the Yu-Gi-Oh! saga seems to be more mature than its predecessors, and the characters are quite interesting to watch. Especially Yusei and Crow, those two are my favorites. While the English version isn't as horrible as GX was (except for some of the dub names AND the cutting of episodes 36-41), I think I might start watching the Japanese version. Currently I'm trying to build a Yusei deck so that I can duel my friends.

4) Ben 10 Alien Force: The only reason I watch Cartoon Network (that and YGO 5D'S. _). One of my favorite comic book writers of all time, Dwayne McDuffie, has taken one of my favorite cartoons and upgraded it. I love the new, mature Ben, and I also love the budding relationship between Gwen and Kevin (although it takes up like, half the show). The new aliens ain't that bad, either. SWAMPFIRE ROCKS!!

5) InuYasha: I have my younger brother to thank for getting me hooked on this anime. It has the most memorable plot, characters, and setting I have ever seen in an anime. Also, it masterfully mixes action, humor, AND romance together. Is there another anime out there like that? I don't think so. InuYasha is also one of THE best main characters I have ever seen. Tough on the outside, warm on the inside, he is truly a warrior that will transcend time.

6) X-Men Evolution: THE best X-Men cartoon I have ever seen! (Next to Wolverine and the X-Men, but I like this one more.) It somehow managed to inject fresh blood into the X-Men legacy, yet still kept true to the characters we know and love. My only gripe is that they didn't work much with Wolverine OR Storm. I mean, really? How the hell are you NOT going to develop two of the most popular X-Men? And Kitty...Kitty should not sound like Hilary Banks. Other than that, great show.

7) Teen Titans: I like the comic books better that the cartoon, although they've been going downhill of late. Teenage superheroes just appeal to me more than their adult mentors do. Being a teenager myself, this is probably obvious. And now my interest has piqued now that my favorite DC hero Static has joined their ranks! Awesome!!

Favorite Couples (best ones are in bold): Spider-Man/Gwen Stacy (Spider-Man), Spider-Man/Kitty Pryde (Spider-Man/X-Men), Spider-Man/Mary-Jane Watson (Spider-Man), Ben/Julie (Ben 10 Alien Force), Gwen/Kevin (Ben 10 Alien Force), Blue Beetle/Traci 13 (Teen Titans), Hiro/Daphne (Heroes), Molly/Micah (Heroes), HRG/Tracy (Heroes), DL/Niki (Heroes), Ando/Kimiko (Heroes), Yusei/Akiza(Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D'S), Jack/Carly (Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D'S), Optimus Prime/Elita-One (Transformers), Kitty Pryde/Nightcrawler (X-Men Evolution), Ichigo/Orihime (Bleach), InuYasha/Kagome (InuYasha), Miroku/Sango (InuYasha), Static/Miss Martian (Teen Titans)-This is a couple I thought would be great together.

Top Ten Favorite Characters (in order):

10) Hellboy (Dark Horse Comics)

9) Ben Tennyson (Ben 10 Alien Force)

8) Shadowcat/Kitty Pryde (X-Men)

7) Yusei Fudo (Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D'S)

6) Static/Virgil Hawkins (Static Shock/Teen Titans)

5) InuYasha (InuYasha)

4) Optimus Prime (Transformers)

3) Hiro Nakamura (Heroes)

2) Batman/Bruce Wayne (DC Comics)

1) Spider-Man/Peter Parker (Marvel)
