Well first off, the picture I chose is of my favorite footballer; Cristiano Ronaldo, (isn't he just gorgeous?)...

Name is Brittany, and I enjoy reading fan fiction and wish that I could write it as well as I read it! So far my favorite categories of fics are Avatar: the Last Airbender, Jane Austen novels, Twilight, X-Men (all adaptations) and Harry Potter! My favorite TV show is Gossip Girl!

I like Avatar fics that have Katara/Zuko and Ursa/Ozai shippings. As well as I happen to like the fics that have an Azula that redeems herself.

I like reading fics of Jane Austen novels because they often give you a sense of what Jane Austen herself could not tell you in her stories without being categorized as a scandalous hussy. So I like reading fics telling me about what happens after Elizabeth marries Darcy. I also like fics of the book Persuasion.

UPDATE: My favorite fics in Twilight involve Leah, Jacob, Rosalie and Renesmee. I like seeing their characters develop and the way their minds work. Leah and Rosalie are honestly my favorite characters in the Twilight series, they have the most depth and have the most realistic reactions. I like seeing how Renesmee grows up in the environment she's been thrown in. Cause it's got to be tough to have an imprint that wanted to kill you, was in love with your mom, and hates your dad, plus she's gonna have one sheltered & smothered life.So fics that show how she deals with that are my favorites!

Honestly Bella & Edward kind of piss me off, not gonna lie it seems like everything comes easy to them. Also they're very selfish and no me gusta people who're selfish & will sacrifice anything/anyone for themselves. Plus really if you think about it Bella is too much of a whiny idiot who offends every feminist woman everywhere and Edward's too controlling.

3) Seth & Renessmee (this pairing isn't done NEARLY enough)
4) Fics where the Alphas (Jake and Sam) get into a fight fueled by their wolf instinct
5) Renesmee growing up fics

For X-Men, I like the Wolverine & Storm pairing A LOT!

Lastly there is Harry Potter, wow...As far as I'm concerned the series ended after Book 5. My favorite shipping is Harry/Hermione because it makes sense. Harry/Ginny pairings suck too because she's not even a character you see throughout the series, plus she blatantly tells you she's a hero worshiper in Book 6, and I don't understand the basis for the relationship in Book 6. It's basically Freudian, they're just another Lily and James Potter, yuck, (how in the world could he marry a girl that resembles his mother?) I like stories that build up to these relationships, not just automatically jumping into, hey i love this person! that's just unrealistic and silly. So basically my favorite HP shippings are:

1) H/Hr
2) Ron/Luna
3) Remus/Tonks
4) Ginny/Draco
5) Ginny/Tom or LV (Ginny has to be light-side though, Tom can be whatever)
6) Lily/James

I don't have any stories though I do fool around with writing on my own but I just don't think I have the creative ability to make anything of good substance. I admire anyone who can put together a good story and wish I could do the same. UPDATE: After receiving a pretty cool message from someone, I've decided to seriously give thought to posting some writings on here. My first fic will most likely be something about Twilight, so cross your fingers for me! :)
