Author has written 53 stories for Supernatural, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Stargate: Universe, Torchwood, and Once Upon a Time. I have been an avid and voracious follower of Fandom for several years. My obsessions and loves are mostly Doctor Who, MacGyver, Stargate SG-1, Angel, Supernatural, Sherlock BBC and Once Upon a Time respectively – and through these wonderful shows I have stumbled across the joy that is fanfic. Needless to say, I have been hooked ever since. Not only am I an insatiable reader and reviewer of fanfic (as some of you may already know), but I love to write as well – though my stories and drabbles tend to lean towards the darker side of the fiction realms: Horror, blood, torture, mayhem and suspense to be exact. Not what I would call everyone's cup of tea, I realize, but I do like to think that there is a place for my type of work in fandom. I may not be the best writer (and I certainly hope I'm not the worst!) but I do try to fill my little niche in the arena of fanfic to the best of my abilities. Now, as it so often happens – RL has taken over and is drawing me away from my writing and reading (who's RL doesn't?) more often than I like, but in the end you will always find me amongst my circle of friends and fellow lovers of fic, immersed in the Land of Dreams and Nightmares that is Fanfiction, when RL slows down a peg. To all those who know me – know that I adore you, and think of you often and fondly. To all those I will hopefully get to know – Welcome to the Insanity that is my Mind! Buckle up – it's a bumpy ride – but no worries! We can make it together (I brought chocolate and a flashlight!). The road is dark and long – but there is always a light at the end of the journey… I am so excited!! Just got done with SPN_J2_BigBang on Livejournal and put it to post! Tis the first Epic I have ever created and I am quite proud! I will be posting it here of course, but for those who want to see the lovely art work and the subsequent (and essential) soundtrack that goes with the piece, you can find it here: Perspectives Masterpost May not be a BigBang (as such) but I had loads of fun this last Xmas with a ReverseBang that crossed over two Fandoms - one of which I had never written for before (though I love the Show). I do have it posted here, but it is harder to load up the art for easy viewing - and I do love my Masterposts a little too much, lol!! Loads of fun this one - all kicked off with a gorgeous hand-drawn graphic by the ever talented and sweet shadesofhades. She was so gracious about this fiction - and willing to work with me to help be get it up off the ground. Have to say, I'm rather proud of the overall results. Strangely enough this one didn't get a soundtrack like most of my other larger fictions, though I must say, the full title says it all, really! It was loads of fun to do and I had a wonderful artist who did lovely work for this X-Over. Tis a true pleasure to traverse the Dark with you all! Mandy Update: Well, that snag I hit around September/October lasted a little longer than I liked. And that's an understatement. Trust me, I wanna get back to my fiction as much as you all want me to! So many goodies to update and create! Eleventy lost his temper with me last year (all my own fault) and while I slowly coax him out, I have been playing around with a new Fandom - and a bit with some old ones. I've posted a few of them here (as you can no doubt see), and I hope they will suffice as I get Eleven good and jealous and wanting to hog all my time again. Trust me (heh) I wanna get back to Unthinkable and a few of my other Doctor Who projects. There is still a lot going on in that world and so much more that needs to be said. But I also want it to be the best it can be. There is a lot more in me for Who in general - and while I work to knock off the rust and dust, all I ask is that you keep your fingers crossed for me and the Muse and exercise your considerable patience for just a while longer. You have all been so wonderful about my fiction - and while I hate keeping you all hanging, I want you to have only the best. I want to write only the best. And when I know I have done that, you shall receive it - that is a promise; not matter what/who I am writing. Always.
