Hey everyone, this is Sinkme- and for everyone out there who doesn't know what I'm talking about-- watch "The Scarlet Pimpernel" with Ian McKellan in it (not the musical). Be warned- I have a weird sense of humor and an unhealthy obsession with Alan Rickman, David Wenham, Gerard Butler, Rodrigo Santoro, Michael Fassbender, Tom Wisdom, and I'm gonna stop there. So I think that's enough about me...(sheepish grin)

Stats: I'm a freshman in college this year (woot!!) and I'm proud to be an American. I like to pretend I'm in Slytherin and freak people out. My sarcasm is my best feature and I display it proudly. I love cats and want to be one when I grow up. I play ice hockey and field hockey and participate in extreme movie days with my friends. So yea...

Favorite Movies/Books/Animes--

Harry Potter- Love Snape, Sirius, Lupin, Tonks, Hermione, Luna, Draco, Luscious..err I mean Lucius, Bellatrix, Voldy, and I dislike Ron- he just bugs me) I really really really don't like a lot of things about the movies, so I won't even start with that...

Batman Begins/Dark Knight- I've seen Dark Knight in theaters four times and have loved every time! Bruce, Gordon, Harvey, and Heath's Joker are my favs. and I'm glad that Rachel is dead.

Heroes- Best tv show ever!! Love Sylar, Peter, Noah, Elle, Micah

Lord of the Rings- Love Aragorn, and Legolas provides some amusement

Star Trek 2009- sorry to all the fans of the original series by I am hereby infringing on your fandom. Love Spock, Kirk, Chekov, Bones, Pike

Naruto- Naruto, Kakashi, Itachi, Neji, Temari, Gaara, Shikamaru

300- Everyone needs to see this movie. This is why I need help- I want to go back in time and live in Sparta if that's what the men all looked like

King Arthur- I love all the knights! especially Tristan.

I have the unerring ability to pick out the character in the series that plays the faux bad guy/real bad guy (black clothing, sarcastic attitude, blurred sense of right and wrong etc) and then fall in love with them. (Snape in HP, Septimus in Stardust, Sylar in Heroes, Chauvelin in Scarlet Pimpernel, etc)

I'm not putting disclaimers up anymore. I don't know why I bothered earlier, since this is fanfiction.net and not letspretendtobefamousauthors/directors.net

I'm working on getting out more chapters of 'More than you know' out soon, so I will be focusing on that for now. My other stories that aren't completed will be put on the back burner, but I will continue them...(eventually)!

Please please don't nag me about updating. I hate it when authors leave their stories for months and I will do my best not to let that happen, but this isn't a career for me and I have other things to do.

When Hope isn't Enough

ON HOLD. Voldemort never fell from power, and the Order could use some help. A new prophecy emerges, and it is later discovered that it refers to Hermione. But Voldemort learns of the prophecy and is dertermined to kill Hermione and the rest of the Order. In addition, Hermione's past comes back to haunt her, and only Severus Snape can understand why she secludes herself from the world. This story follows Hermione from her first year at Hogwarts until the summer after her graduation, with an epilogue highly likely. Read the prologue of the story for a better idea of what it's about. In progress. AU (alternate universe!) so I changed a lot of stuff.

After rereading this story and trying to complete the next chapter I realized that the direction that I wanted to take the story originally isn't possible with the way the previous chapters have been completed. I'll likely be posting a new version of Hope somewhere down the line, but for now it's back to the drawing board. Sorry!

More than you know

Was a quick one shot that I couldn't let go but is now continuing. Set during Harry's fifth year. Snape comes to report during an Order meeting, but it's discovered that Snape is injured, and has been on more than one occasion. The story will follow Snape through Harry's fifth year and possibly beyond, focusing on Snape, Sirius, Hermione, and some other characters. No pairing. In progress.

Rebirth: The Tale of the Sarmatian Knights

ON HOLD. It follows the general plot from the movie, the battles, etc, mostly stay the same. It is mostly focused on Tristan, since the movie had barely any shots of him, and he had very few lines. This is not slash, and is not intended to have any hidden innuendos. It follows Tristan and the other knights from the battle with the Woads in the beginning to the final battle with the Saxons at the end. The character deaths and several other things from the movie are changed! TristanOC. AUish.

Just a one shot about Snape. Fits best if it's during HBP. This is what I think Snape would be like if he was really just in it for himself, and had yet to fully choose a side and was previously playing each side against each other to ensure his own position on the winning side in the end.
