Hello there!

Recent events have forced me to state what I had previously believed to be rather obvious: I'm a girl. A human of the female variety. I thought it didn't really matter if you knew, but someone just referred to me as a 'he.' I am most definitely not a 'he.' There, now you all have no excuse.

I'm an avid reader, and have read probably almost everything. Unless its crap, but I've given most types of books a shot. When it comes to fanfiction you'll probably only catch me writing Naruto fics, because it provides a lot of interesting minor characters.

I'm an aspiring novelist, so fanfiction for me is a break from what I term my 'serious' writing - in other words, working on my novel. Sometimes its nice to write something you can finish, something where the end is in sight.

I am listed as a beta reader on this site - but don't ask me to beta, please :) I'm a perfectly good editor but not the most punctual at actually doing it. I'm also really busy right now. If the story is a (relatively short) one shot I may have time to take a look at it, but I'm not very good with longer commitments to other people's work. Instead I would like you to consider me as a...critic? I tend to be fairly nice in my reviews, and don't usually offer much in the way of constructive criticism. So if you would like me to, I'd be happy to read your work in a more serious light and offer some general (constructive) feedback.

Anyways, my favourite Naruto character is Ino Yamanaka, so you can expect a lot (read: all) of my stories to be centered around her. Gaara is also a favourite. GaaIno is a cute pairing, and probably my favourite. I love any well-done story with Ino in it though. NarutoxIno seems like a pretty good couple to me too. SasukexIno also holds a place in my heart...and same with most others. Not a big fan of pairing Ino with Lee or Chouji (although I have read some good stories with those pairings) so you probably won't get any from me. Ditto Asuma - he was her sensei. I kind of like InoxKakashi though. And no yuri. Sorry, really not my thing. I think you get the picture so I'll shut up now.

A final note: I will finish all stories I start. I won't publish the first chapter without knowing where I want the story to end up. I may run into road blocks, and it may take me a while, but I promise I will finish it.

Completed Projects:

Almost: More of an exercise/drabble than anything else. The main characters and Ino and Shikamaru, but the pairings are SasukexIno and ShikamaruxTemari.

A Matter of State: A GaaraxIno fic revolving around an arranged marriage. Probably not the most original plot device, but I think the story is okay. Besides, it would take something like that to get Gaara to actually notice a girl.

This story has been translated into Spanish (and is now completed) by leontinees, so if you would prefer to read it in that language find it on their profile. I personally can't speak Spanish, but it appears to be well done :P

Birthday Kiss: Just a short little SasukexIno oneshot in honour of Sasuke's birthday. Lamanth has published a sort-of sequel to this story you may want to check out as well if you haven't found it yet - called "Just as Promised."

Come. Sit. Stay: A KibaxIno oneshot. Summaries of it are rather pointless, but it revolves around a bet.

Stumped: A drabble. Not particularly interesting but the idea hit me and I've wanted to try writing a drabble for a while, so, yes. ShikamaruxIno.

Current Projects

Healing: A SasukexIno story set after Sasuke's return. Because I think that by the time he fights with Naruto before he goes to join Orochimaru he's gone completely round the bend. Then again, Ino's got her own problems to deal with.

Groundhog Day: Inspired by the movie of the same name. The mind is a dangerous playground, as the people of Konoha find out when one of Ino's jutsu's go horribly wrong. The only ones not affected? Naruto, and Ino herself.
