Much love! Older Post: Michael Jackson is dead, which has been a really big deal for me since I've listened to his music since BIRTH! I'm at least thinking about my different fics again and am trying to put my thoughts into action, but don't expect weekly updates. When I first started writing I felt like I needed ff.net to deal with life and now I feel like it might be interfering with me handling my life. There's a huge part of me that wants to continue and I'm sure that I will. I've just got to get back into the groove of things and now ... my regular bio (written back in '02-'03): I have been writing since I discovered that I could create my own ideas and my own stories, but this fan fiction thing can be attributed to my teenage obsession with boybands ... long story short, I started writing stories featuring the group O-Town in high school after discovering the website: http://heartinasong.cjb.net. Had it not been for that site, I would've never gotten to this point! I'm probably too old to still be writing fan fiction, but it's what I do. I'm always thinking about lyrics and words, what they mean, and how to use music as inspiration for my stories. The down side is that I have so many ideas and not enough time to execute them. I'm overly dramatic in real life so sometimes it's good to have an outlet like ff! Otherwise, I would drive the people that love me most even more crazy with my exaggerations ... overall, I'm REALLY trying to better so I can write again. I'd like to upload a story from each TV show/category again on one day. That was great, but we'll see ... In case you don't know, I LOVE feedback. In general, reviews really make this whole process worthwhile. Sometimes it's so hard to get motivated or I don't know where to start, but when I see what someone's written about me (whether it's good or bad) it allows me to focus long enough to upload something new to my stories. I'm a little ADD when it comes to writing this bio, but as of today I feel very confident that I will finish the stories that I've posted on this site. I just finished "Crazy in Love" today, but had to back off of "A Girl Can Dream" for now... I'm one of those very, very sad sheep who has fallen into the Twilight gap/spell/whatever, BUT I justify it by telling myself that I only read them to practice my Spanish. (I've only read the first in English). And I just finished book 3 and I am completely loving Jacob more than all the others, easily... More: I'm trying to find something new to write about besides love, heartbreak, death, depression, abuse, self-hatred ... if you have any ideas, spread them around to me. I'm working on a fic for HSM based on a Cassie Steele song (Pavement) and a Life with Derek one-shot based on a song I'm in love with (Almost Lover)! Now, I'm experiencing the beginnings of carpal tunnel syndrome so my ability to write is limited. I'm doing the computer dictation thing, but it's really making the writing choppy ... you know having to stop and make the computer understand me! (It ruins the flow/train of thought when you have to say 'undo' or 'spell it.') I'll keep writing whenever I get the urge to and I hope this thing isn't permanent. Until then ...
