I'm mostly taking a break from fanfiction to work on some stories of my own. I have several ideas that I've really been enjoying writing that involve my own characters instead of ones that I copied from another's novel. It's been a lot of fun for me, now that the only person that can criticize my character's behaviors is myself, since I know them best.

So, as of now, I'm on a kind of hiatus. I do return to fanfiction every so often to write, mostly when my main story hits me with three month writers block, as it does every so often.

I do sincerely apologize to anyone who really loved my stories.

Although, I am NOT, under any circumstances, abandoning my stories. That is one thing that I swear I will never do. It may be months, but there will be updates at one time or another.

Thank you for your patience, and if you lack the latter, then I fully understand.

So, that's a bit about me.

Now about the stories I've written/am writing...

Solstice

The idea for this story came to me one day while I was lying in bed (it was really late and I was supposed to be asleep). My mind started wandering to Twilight (as it often does these days) and I thought of the first chapter of Midnight Sun, which I had just read on Stephenie Meyer’s website. I thought of all of the pain and agony poor Edward had to endure to keep from killing Bella, and Boom! It hit me. What would have happened if Edward had lost control? If he hadn’t been able to keep himself from killing, from his predatory instincts. And so my story was born. (and proceeded to keep me awake an extra three hours for the next five nights)

The title, I came up with not too long ago (hee hee hee). Actually, my sister helped me with it. I wanted to keep going along with Stephenie Meyer’s astronomy-like titles, so I began to think. I tried out numerous titles with Dawn in them, as dawn is the opposite of twilight and this story is the opposite of Twilight, and nothing was working. Then my sister said, “Well, why don’t you call is solstice? That’s the opposite of Eclipse.” It was perfect. I looked it up on dictionary.com and found that another meaning for it is “turning point”, which fit the story very well, since it is definitely a turning point for the Cullens.

Update on the third chapter-Third Chapter is officially up! I love this one, and it's long, just like I promised! And I get to do my cliffhanger thing! YAY!

Chapter Four:YES! I FINALLY got Chapter Four written and it's posted now! I am sooo happy I finally finished it, and it came out better than I thought! Please read and review!

Chapter Six: After an extremely long delay, chapter six is written and posted. And, as an added bonus, it's rather long!

Too Late to Say Goodbye (On a semi-permanent hiatus)

Too Late To Say Goodbye is a companion story to Revelation.

Vampires are suddenly appearing in Forks with no reason. The werewolves are slowly fighting them off as they come. A girl, Isadore is found in the forest, a vampire coming dangerously close to killing her. Jacob imprints on her, and slowly works to break down the barriers Isadore has put up as a result of her past. She slowly learns to love, eventually finding her way through her fears. But a secret from Isadore's past will come back to haunt her when she finally thinks she is safe. It's a secret that nobody ever thought they would have to face, and some will not come back alive.

Too Late to Say Goodbye, to me, is a story that shows and explores how strong fear and past experiences can affect everything that will happen in your life. Fear is a powerful thing that can cause you to do things you never thought you would be able to do, as Isadore learns.

Revelation

Revelation is completed! I've really enjoyed all of your reviews and reading! If you're new to reading my stories-I'll post a more detailed plot, just for you!!

Edward and Jasper are out hunting one night, not expecting that anything is going to happen. But Mike Newton is out at the same time, the same place and discovers their secret. He comes up with an elaborate plan to expose the vampires and win Bella's heart forever. Edward and his family are forced to make the hardest decision of their lives.

Yes! The Final Showdown is finally up! Yes, it's kind of short, but it's still awesome!! Please Please review!

The Change

This is another one of those random ideas I had (at one o' clock in the morning, no less) that I absolutely HAD to write, right then and there. It's basically a two-shot of a few vampiric...ish experiences that Bella goes through. Her change and her first time near a human. I never like the way other people portray it, so I decided to write my own.

Just for the record-The Change is officially completed. It will not be a three-shot like I thought, and will remain at two.

Another Nameless Story

I will, eventually, be writing a story that combines the best of both worlds of Twilight and Artemis Fowl. That is-what if Edward and Artemis Fowl ever met? I figure it would be an interesting encounter. It'll be a chapter story, which means that it is going to take an extremely long time for me to even start it-I won't even think of it until Solstice and Too Late to Say Goodbye are finished, maybe not even then. Don't hold your breath!

For me, crazy is a loose term. Crazy is when you stare at a pencil and laugh when someone asks you what you are doing that is so interesting about the eraser. Crazy is when you write Emmett or Edward Cullen is hot on your homework insted of doing it. Crazy is when you fill up the tab separators in your binders withe doodles/love notes/comfessions of love/any other Twilght related thing you can think of about Twilight or the Twilight characters. Crazy is when you can open up Twilight and know exactly which part you're at by reading one word. Crazy is when you print out copies of all the Twilight series covers and put them on the wall of your closet. Crazy is sitting on the edge of your bed and going "Omg! Edward did that in Twilight!".
