I am Canadian and I am literate (so I won't bore you with the lengthy list of books I love). I love this site and love well written fanfictions which are in character!

Not much else to say except that I am a huge Bones fan! Love that show to bits and will probably want to be buried with all the Bones DVD's when my time comes. I also love House (Hugh Laurie is a God of some sort and needs to be worshiped on a regular basis). I used to watch Grey's Anatomy but that show has gone down hill in the past couple of years. So instead of bashing it and weeping over the terrible loss of the Mer/Der of it all, I am now in a healthy state of denial.

Bones and House are my definite 'must see' tv shows. I do indulge in the occassional Family Guy, Simpsons, South Park, SVU, Law and Order, Heroes (mainly because Kristen Bell is in the show), Brothers and Sisters, Cold Case and Criminal Minds (Shemar Moore...yummy). I watch the occasional CSI if I have time. I am still mourning the loss of Veronica Mars (R.I.P.)...insert rant about TV execs and their retarded rationale about the value of ratings versus the quality of program. I have really enjoyed this season of Smallville and love how Erica Durance portrays our generation's Lois Lane. I really enjoy Legend of the Seeker...though the slow mo fight scenes are a little much. I love, love, love Anime! Claymore is so good (Manga is way better though). I also love 1980's cartoons...isn't that truly outrageous?!

Hopes, dreams, and all the gushy stuff: I want nothing more than to be a writer, so I take fanfic very seriously. I am using this as the first step...getting my feet wet so to speak. I respect what this site offers aspiring writers and love nothing more when constructive criticism is given.

I have written my first Fanfic for Bones(does the happy dance). I love witty dialogue so my fanfics will have plenty of it!

I am currently working on the Sequel to "That Pesky Little Thing Called Love". I generally write in the genres of: Romance, Drama, and Comedy.

I am looking for a couple of beta's to help me with grammar, spelling and sentence structure. I am a very blunt person, and I would value that quality in a Beta Reader. There is a difference between 'blunt' and 'rude' however. Ideally I want my beta readers to feel comfortable enough to give me their opinion in constructive way that will help me and not make me want to weep in a corner ;D. That being said I would expect that as the author of the story I will have final say what will be posted on this site, and that my beta readers will not be offended if I do not take all their suggestions.

I am proficient with grammar, spelling and so forth; however, when I really get into my fanfics I tend to miss these things in favor of the characterization and content of the story. So I would love it if my beta would check for the above and be a stickler for characterization. I go through 3 stages of editing myself before I pass it on to the editor because it is my responsibility to make sure I respect my beta's and not give them unedited drivel. :D

I am dedicated to my fics and try to update them as much as possible. I will always see my fanfic through as soon as I start one. I care about my reviewers and make a point to respond to each and every review that I receive. If you think my story sucks then at least have the decency to tell me why you think it sucks so that I can improve. Well that is about it and I hope all of you enjoy my stories.

Update: July '09...I have found two fabulous Betas and they are helping me with the sequel, That Vexing Thing Called Dating. I have written up to chapter 3, but I want to at least have chapter five completely completed and the rest of the story plotted out. Well I should be posting soon and I hope you will all enjoy the sequel.
