Author has written 14 stories for Bleach, Death Note, Gintama, Gravitation, and Fullmetal Alchemist. Yes, yes—I know. "Oh god, it's another slash-writing fangirl!" I'm a naturally shameless person, so I came to terms with it early (in the same way that I openly admit having an affinity for tentacle sex, androgyny, and commercial jingles). I have a certain attitude towards my tastes and interests. If they don't coincide with those of the main demographic? "Ah, can't be helped." If they do? "Ah, can't be helped." Will I defend my interests? No—not unless they have direct relation to my survival. Otherwise, it's just too much energy for me. I do try to make my genericness a little more palatable for the more fandom-weary readers, imbuing my writing with really unprofessional psychology and philosophy, "artistic license," and an unorthodox /cough/questionable/cough/ writing style, bolstered with a little Wiki knowledge (and, dear god, inklings of my own core beliefs)... And, well damn, sometimes I actually sound like I know what I'm doing. But to be frank, it's often angsty, existentialist man-love with various ornaments and decorations. Still, my stuff is here for your reading pleasure. Or "for your reading (insert emotional response here)." They're mostly experimental drabbles, since I have been lacking the concentration for anything further of late. Key word: experimental. Me: Facts and Figures (Just to give you a little perspective about the perspective/possible bias from which I write). GENDER: Female SEXUALITY: Pansexual ETHNICITY: Vietnamese Trans-racial Adoptee (TRA) MYERS-BRIGGS/KEIRSEY TYPE: INTP (function preferences Ti, Ne, Si, Fe)/Rationalist Temperament: "Architect" (abstract over concrete > informing over directing > pragmatic over affiliative > responding over initiating) OTHER: In a few sentences, I am an oddly empathetic misanthrope. I am somehow formal and profane at the same time. I have reasonably full knowledge of maturity and tact, yet I still find myself at times being immature and tactless. I'm currently grappling with PTSD, clinical depression, and agoraphobia. Which I find morbidly amusing and a pain in the ass at the same time. Mental health is fascinating, really. | |||||||
