Author has written 8 stories for Inuyasha.

Update! I am now a beta! If you are interested in getting a little extra help with a story, feel free to send me a request. I'd be honored to be of assistance.

Update #2: Major construction will be done on all stories! Yes, I do realize that the stories I've posted are pretty much large cheeseballs. Therefore, I will be overhauling my stories...and hopefully posting some of my older ones.

I am a devoted lover of Inuyasha fanfiction. No, I am not a crazed fangirl who would do anything to 'make Inuyasha mine;' I merely find the storyline and characters fascinating. They inspire me to think up terrible torments and uncomfortable situations to put them through. Wait...that didn't come out right...

...Anyways, I would like to give a great arigato (that'd be "thanks" for all you non-Japanese-speaking folks) to all who have read and reviewed my stories! I take great pride in my work, especially in the areas of spelling, grammer, and (as much as fanfiction will allow) manga canon correctness. I do not consider the Inuyasha anime or movies to be manga canon, although I accept "Izayoi" as Inuyasha's mother's name despite the fact that it was only mentioned in the third movie. I have nothing better to substitute it with, and most fanfiction readers are familiar with that arrangement. No need for excess confusion. Besides, it sounds pretty; apparently, it translates to "sixteenth moon." Certainly an interesting choice of names, especially since the moon has so much impact on her son's life.

As a side note, I do not write fanfiction or beta for stories in the following areas:

Homosexual couples - I don't have anything against gay/lesbian people; I just have a very strong moral aversion to homosexual actions. They're unnatural.
Non-canon couples - They just don't make sense, and usually end up being very out of character.
Lemons/limes/other citrus - I prefer to rely on the quality of my writing, not the amount of kissing and grinding, to attract readers and reviewers. Besides, I believe that my stories do not suffer from the lack of citrus content.
Almost anything rated "M" - Again, I have no need to add that sort of content to my stories. It would do more damage to my morals than any piece of digital writing is worth; besides, my time can be far better spent in other ways. (NOTE: I make exceptions for some stories that are rated "M" for blood and gore or language. Emphasis on the 'some.')
Abortion and euthanasia - Well...with very few exceptions, I don't think these should even be a factor in the genres I read and write in, but I don't like these issues anyways. Murder is wrong and always will be wrong, and just because someone can't speak for themselves doesn't make it acceptable to kill them.
Suicide - Now, why in the world would anyone in their right mind want to kill themselves? And if someone isn't in their right mind, shouldn't they seek medical help and/or counseling?
Satanic worship - I'm Christian and proud of it. Don't diss the Creator of the universe, and don't expect me to read or write anything that would do so. (Japanese "demons" don't count. The word we English-speakers translate as "demon" is actually "yokai" ("youkai"), which merely refers to a supernatural or superhuman being, not a "demon" as we would describe it. Example: Superman could be considered a "yokai," but we don't say that he's a demon.)

I will bring up minor torture at times, simply because it provides a good opportunity for comfort between characters (especially Inuyasha and Kagome) and because it is a major part of the background of several characters (particularly the hanyos). I will not be any more graphic than the manga or anime, though. If you have seen Inuyasha's battle with Tokajin (a.k.a. the "peach man") then you have seen the limit of my will to torture the characters...physically, at least. If they don't cooperate, I may put them though a bit of mental anguish besides. Insecurities are just wonderful to play with!

...And how does this make any difference to you? I'm always fishing for ideas. If you happen to have one, just send me a message and I'll pop in the ol' (figurative) Kiddie Pool of Story Ideas. Until then, I'll just have to make up my own, won't I.

My next story ideas are as follows:

All for You - Determined to win Kagome's heart, Inuyasha courts her - yokai style. Kagome's traditionalist family won't let her go so easily, insisting that he follow their rigid human customs as well. Will their demands sway Inuyasha's devotion?

By Any Other Name - Inuyasha finds himself reliving buried memories of his past, back before Kikyo was even a factor in his life. So how can Kikyo's reincarnation expect to help him fight his inner demons? (And no, it doesn't involve physical contact! Get your minds out of the gutter!)

Feuds and Forgiveness - Why does Kagome always forgive Inuyasha after fights - especially when he never apologizes? Her explanation forces the hanyo to rethink his own feelings.

Reasons - There are many things that members of Inuyasha's adoptive 'family' do for (and sometimes to) one another for no apparent reason. That doesn't mean that there isn't one to give. (This will be a collection of one-shots all centered around a personality quirk or unusual action and the explanation behind it.)

Reflections - A series of one-shots, each focusing on a different event and a character's reaction to it. For example: Inuyasha's thoughts on innocent little Kagome killing Yura of the Hair, and Sesshomaru's feelings when he puts a hole through Inuyasha's stomach.

As I have already stated, I enjoy the Inuyasha manga very much. Although the manga is now officially complete, the chapters are available for free online viewing at http://www.onemanga.com/Inuyasha/. It's a must-check if you're an Inuyasha fan! If you have any complaints, questions, comments...or just want to ask why I did something, please contact me. The worst insult you can give one of my fanfictions is to read it without reviewing.

Oh...and as a side note, I 'Americanize' the spelling of names and Japanese words in my fics (except Mirror Mikos, which retains 'original' spellings to add to the traditionalist, proper feel of the storyline). For example: 'Shippou' is spelled 'Shippo,' 'Sesshoumaru' is spelled 'Sesshomaru,' 'youkai' is spelled 'yokai,' 'hanyou' is spelled 'hanyo;' I think you get the idea. I do this because the 'traditional' spellings are from the dubbed version of the anime, which was done in Canada. Now, I have nothing against Canadians (actually, just graduated with an amazing guy whose entire family is made of naturalized Canadians), but I simply live in another country...and here in America, we spell things a little differently.
