Author has written 7 stories for Land Before Time, Pokémon, and Super Smash Brothers. Beta reader one of two for Cornova. I appreciate good fan fiction and I just made an award for it (cross overs): Grand Cross – an award for outstanding cross-over fan fiction. A.) Must be fan fiction B.) Must be a cross-over Defined as: the fusion of 2 or more books/movies/cartoons/games 1.) At least 1 character from each work added to cross over must appear in it 2.) At least 1 character from each work must play a role in the plot. I.) Cameo appearances are permitted only if the above 2 requirements are met 3.) At least 1 character from each work must have lines I.) Exception: If it is stated that said character is mute 4.) The setting does not count as a “character” 5.) There is a maximum of 4 works fused together C.) Sexual activity may not be depicted 1.) Kissing, hugging, nuzzling, etc. are acceptable 2.) Sexual activity my be lightly alluded to I.) Judge’s discretion at what constitutes “light allusion” D.) Depictions of deaths are allowed but may not be excessively graphic 1.) What constitutes “graphic” is at the judge’s discretion E.) Character bashes are not allowed Defined as: a fan fiction solely written to insult a character from the substrate fan fiction. F.)Violence is permitted but excessive amounts and/or graphic descriptions are not allowed 1.) What constitutes “excessive” or “graphic” is at the judge’s discretion G.) Slash/shipping fiction is not allowed 1.) Defined as: fan fictions solely written for the pairing of 2 characters in a relationship 2.) Slight slashing/shipping is allowed. I.) Judge’s discretion at what constitutes “slight slashing/shipping. H.) Pornographic/erotic works are not allowed Defined as: work that is excessively/overtly sexual I.)
