Author has written 31 stories for General Hospital, Grey's Anatomy, Saved By The Bell, and Glee. "It's hard to start to write because what you have to do is start to think." "As I stare at the blank page I am at once awash in words but unable to find the ones I want to use." In other words? Writing is hard, ya'll. And yet somehow - I love it anyway. My screen name comes from an old J-Lo song lyric - "This perfect romance that I've created in my mind - I'd live a thousand lives, each one with you right by my side..." which kind of, for me, sums up why a lot of people write fanfic and certainly why I do - to give their favorite characters/couples a thousand different lives. With the exception of the one SBTB story - apparently I only write in the universes of TV shows that start with 'G'. ;) I’m an LL2 fan from way back (& a GH fan from even further back.) I have a love-hate relationship with the show and have taken viewing hiatuses of varying lengths over the years. But the continuing parade of returning vets, the 50th Anniversary awesomeness and bringing back the Nurses Ball has totally lured me back - Lucy! Kevin! Laura! Nik! Crazy Cassadines! The only two things that would make me happier at this point is for John Stamos and Jonathan Jackson to make appearances. As for Grey's, I only started watching regularly at the beginning of the sixth season, when the Mercy West-ers were brought on. I have since caught up on the whole series, but, unlike a lot of fans, I'm not offended by the presence of the newer characters, I think because when I started watching, ALL the characters were new to me. Also, unlike a lot of fans, I actually like April - she's pretty much my favorite character. Most of my Grey's stories are April/Jackson, but I like them as just friends too and I could see April just as easily ending up with Alex on the show. And while I'd never written anything for Glee before (nor really cared which character was paired with whom), I found Samcedes so incredibly adorable I was compelled to give it a shot. (Do not get me started on what they have done to both that relationship and to Sam as an individual.) As you might be able to tell, I'm a sucker for childhood/high school sweethearts and/or the friends-realizing-there's-more thing. I don't have much talent for actual plots - my strength, I believe, lies in individual scenes and dialogue. To that end, I prefer to write one-shots, so if you like something, I suggest adding me to your author alert list as opposed to story alerts.
