Not to soundlike a bad citizen or anything, but America sucks mainly because of how they allow the church to control the scientific secters of our political and legal system. I mean it's like no one READS the constitution! Hello! Separation of church and state! It's what the framers wanted and I don't think they'd be happy if they could see how our government's merging with religion~shutters~ and how the government's like totally being pushed around by that churchystuff. I say gay marriage should so be legal. So what if its two dudes or two chicks? If there happy they deserve to have the same f&!# rights as a straight couple! They should do the whole stem cell research thing I mean who knows what awesome things technology could process with those cells. Not to mention there's enough to go around! I say let science do its thing and I say screw those religion buffs who say it's immoral! Is the chance to save a life immoral? Is the cure for cancer immoral? NO!! I just don't see why the church is getting into politics! The way I see it... let politics be politics with a sideof something that's actually real and on this God-veering retched earth... SCIENCE! Kids have NO privacy! My granddad went into my room WITHOUT my permission and when I snapped at him he snapped back at me. Well okay I wouldn't say I snapped at him, but I said not to go into my domain without permission, but he didsnap at me. I mean can't a teenager get some privacy or do I need to refill out that order for a guard dragon. Seriously! I have a lot of yaoi stuff that he really doesn't need to be looking at (I mean hello! Have you notice that a lot of people (almost every human on this earth) is into some sort of religion? I don't get it? What's so great about something that mightbe real? Okay, go ahead point andthreaten the so called society slanderer, but I'm serious! Everywhere you look something religious is in the way of what's really important... life! Sure maybe there is a higher power and sure maybe there is life after death, but really how can you put so much into something that is possibly (and more likely probably) not really there. Sure I'll get called corrupt for this, but if beingassumed I'm a satanist for something I believe in than I don't care what you call me! Think about it... a society's status quothat was created in the Elizabethan era says that there's a power higher above the food chain then our comprehension then how can it possibly exist? I mean there could be something there I mean a philosopher once said "even the greatest of man has someone above him and someone below him." I mean sure yeah, God andLucifer, but really, how can we put almost everythinginto something that can or cannot exist. Yes there's probably life after death, but what if there's not?
I guess to wrap this up, why put almost everything into something that may or doesn't exist when you should be living your life to the fullest not? Sure you might think this is a rebelious phase or something done by someone insane, but honestly, no slandering could stop me from what I feel and this is it.

Okay today I will not be talking about the Olympics, but about the presidential elections! Okay let's focus on Hillary Clinton shall we? Whelp, what I think should happen is... she gets her ass back OUT of the race!! Yes I know you've all heard about her trying to make a come back thinking she'll try a whole come-from-behind-victory, but I wish she really wouldn't. I mean it's not that I think not having a woman president is the smart thing. I mean your an idiot either way for wanting to rule our country. It's just that I think a man would do a better job. Not to sound sexist, I mean I am a girl after all, but I just think a man should do it. I mean think about it, whose more emotional; men or women? Sure, I get what your thinking, 'what does emotion have to do with anything?' Well think about it, wars threatening your country and there's fear coursing through your veins, up your spine and surging in your heart. Is a woman going to act on urge of protection or urge of fear? Honestly, the way women and girls are they'd succumb to fear any day and twice on Sunday. Another thing, frustration! The country's economy is failing because of oil and inflation and the fact Bush screwed up our foreign relations. ~rolls eye- dumb ass~ A man would find a way to deal with it with the HELP of his male and female political aids. As long as that male has absolutely no relation to Bush everything should go fine; or if there from Texas at all. A woman would try a thousand ways and when failure knocked on her door she'd break down into tears of frustration and spend our tax money on shoes. Okay I admit buying shoes is an awesome way to fight depression, but come on... our tax money? I know there weren't that many thoughts on it, but think about it... a woman and a man's emotions are the same, but the have different ways of falling to them.

I just finished watching the opening ceremony for the Olympics andwell as always something got me thinking. One of the people just before the torch lightingsaid somethinglike, "Tonight we are one world..." or something like that and I started thinking how, for the Olympics, all the nations of the world come together and it seems as though our differences no longer tear us apart and cause violence, but bringus together. Er, well for the most part (those anti-Chinese Government protesters). Which brings up something else. The torch symbolizes peace and togetherness and those dill-weeds were trying to stop the torch from getting to it's destination... well that, to me, says "ignore this one moment of peace and continue with war"! Why? Haven't those in the war-zones suffered enough? Can't we have just one moment where the entire world can set aside differences and at least come together for a sports game. Yes I love violence as much as the next teenager, but that's animation. If it were war how would it feel to be happening to you in person? Sure they were protesting the terrible human rights violations by China's dictatorship, but they were doing it in a way the screamed "forget the games lets continue our lives with rage!" I love the Olympics, not just for the sports or the major hotties or the tennis, but as a way to bring together a world torn by differences and acts upon the impulse to fix those differences.
What my main point to this was the fact that I hate how it's only happens once every four years... and after we just forget about it completely. (Guess I got off topic, but let's go back to the main point). Every four years we come together and we throw aside our differences and we come together to show off our amazing athletes. But before and after we just allow our differences to control our hatred and allow us to start wars on something like how our government runs things differently or how-or what-we worship differently or even how the color of our skin is different. I mean yes the spread of it is something that we should stop, but not because it's different or stranger to what we're use to. We should try to stop the spread because being different is just who we are as, not just a nation, but as a world. Can we not see that our impulses to be completely alike isn't just a horrid and terrible thing, but tearing us apart? I mean yes we're torn apart by invisible boundaries that make up each nation, but towards each nation as what it is and how it does something. We should all be glad for our differences. That's why the Olympics are a good thing because of how it brings us all together as one world. We're all different that's what makes us the same... why can't we see that even when the Olympics aren't going on?

I'm back and I have a topic! Families with more than one child and how neglect focuses on one child in one way or another. I have a friend whose older sister is going into college and her mom's all hyped up on getting her there and hasn't even thought of my friend. Her sister isn't the only one going to school plus my friend hasn't even gotten her school stuff and their mom has everything for her sister and her mom is still more worried about the older one even though my friend only has school clothes from her GRANDMOTHER. It just proves that no matter how much your parents assure you, they will always have a favorite.

Okay well today I went to the DMV to get my stupid ID and I had to wait exactly 1hour just to get a terrible picture of me takin'! I mean yeah all my pictures are horrid, but usually I don't have to wait an hour! Plus the only reason it's so infamously slow is because they use barely half there windows. The had 15 desks and only 5 of them were open! HELLO simple science, if there are more windows then there will be less waiting! Statistics my friends... not only science, but mathmatics as well.
And yet they don't seem to get that... if it's because their computers are absolete when all working simaltaneously then screw the goverment for new ones, it's honestly not that hard.

Well awhile ago my friend moved to another part of the state (close but not a fifteen minute walk anymore). Well recently her mother (who by the way is a tad of an attention hog who really needs to RELAX and stop fussingover every LITTLE thing) limited her talk time to... 30 minutes. Okay let me also add that she did this for no reason. Literally, she simply told my friend her new limitations and waltz back into her little uptight world. However we thought of a reason. Making my friend let go of where she once lived and leaving ALL her friends behind. Yeah, uh, like no offence, but I've moved countless times (even though my grandfather is retired and it was all in the same state), but I still kept in touch with all my friends. My bestest friend who've I've known since kindergarten (him) and first grade (me) still keep in touch and he moved to GERMANY! The reason we keep in touch is because he has plans on coming back! So in your face Mother of my friend. Just cause ya move don't mean you don't have friends who still want to be friends. So XP and Xb!!

As I've said earlier, I'm a freelance writer... maybe not a professional one, but I still write books and shorts stories andI have realized something. I've been looking for a publishing firm or agency that is willing to publish a book by a first timer. Usually they say yeah sure we'll take a look at it. About two so far end up reading some of my manuscripts and when they give me critisism and "hey this is great. We'd love to make a deal" I tell them my age and they turn me down flat.
OKAY...? So let me clear some clutter, if a manuscript is good then how does my age affect anything? Isn't that... oh I don't know... age discrimination? I understand that younger people may be frowned upon, but HELLO... a fourteen year old whose been writing her own stories since she was 8 try and get into the world of my dreams and get turned down flat. Okay I don't think age should be a factor. Sure maybe money is something, but I have enough to invest. I think age should be set aside for what really matters is if the person has the capability and mental capacity for literary intellect... sorry big word yes I know. And I can guess what some of you are thinking... she's only using those word to seem smarter... Ahem, I actually use terms like that on a day to day bases; ask any of my friends.
However it does prove a point (simply being a bonus) I have that capacity! I could be a writer! And then after several of my books became well known for being better then Stephenie Meyer's saga, then I could make another multi-million by selling my story as the youngest writer. ~Insert Evil Laugh Here~
Okay sorry got carried away, but fame isn't only one reason why I'd like to get into writing. Yes it's one reason, but I have two other reasons. Another is to prove myself and let those who were once so close know that I'm doing better than they think. The final reason is to do as Criss Angel, he who wants his loyals to take away from the stunts he does that you can do what you yourself had thought impossible. What I want is for people who have a dream to set there mind to it and know they can set that dream ablaze.

I hate school, but hey, you have to go through it to make something of yourself so I try my hardest. Hey, can I confidesomething in ya'll? My friends know I'm a laid back, who gives a damn kinda person, but well this year I've decided to actually pore into my studies. The last... oh what... 8 years I have never once thought abaout studying. I never even tried. I simply just did my homework and managed a 3.5 gpa. I've gotten and f-ing Presidential Academics Award... TWICE!! However, this year I'm a freshman in highschool. HIGH SCHOOL! That's one step closer to college, my ultimate goal. I want to get into William and Mary in Virginia so bad! For academic reasons and sentimental reason, but it's an awesome school. I want to get in so bad. That's why I've decided to push my comfort level and pore into studyingfor I have to make something of myself.

Recently my friends and I came up with a game. "Does the Hierarchy Hate Me?" For those of you who are religious... I do not mean to offend, but it is a friggin' awesome game. The hierarchy is who you said religious people call god. Anyways the game goes like this. You stand in the middle of a deserted road, no cars in sight. (WARNING: Do not play on the free way. Play only on the road in your neighborhood).
Anyways you stand in the middle of the road and shout, "Dear Lord! take me now!" Whether you believe him to be the "lord" or not you have to say it or it won't work. Now two things to prove if he hates you or not:
If you do not wish to die at all- a car will suddenly appear and probably nearly hit you if you don't move in time.
If you are suicidal in the least- a car will not suddenly appear to hit you.
There is no object to the game, it's just for fun.
The way we came up with it is, my friends little sister, my friend, and I were walking down the street in my neighborhood. My friends little sister (about my age my friends older than me) went out in the middle of the street and shouted, "Dear lord just kill me now!" and well a car almost hit her. So all in all the game was created.

Hey guess what totally awesome thing I got to experience on Saturday... I got to experience the joys of nearly getting hit by a car! Okay, now let's onto serious matters, shall we? You know what's funny, I just realized that my intelligence outside my literary capability might be something different than what I agree to. See me and a friend of mine were talking and she said how she'd tried to get into the School of the Arts program that our school offers and didn't make it.
Oh here a little more background info, School of the Arts (aka SOA), York River Academy, I.V., The Governors School For the Arts, and The Governors School for Math, Science, and Technology are all very prestigious educational programs offered to students around where I live. I'm sure there are others, but those are the only five I tried for last year. Yes, you have to have a considerably high GPA to get in, but I decide, What the hell, I'll give 'em a shot. I signed up, I did the entrance assessments, I did the interviews, and I got the information. Each and everyone of them I was excepted into and each one welcomed me without a doubt that I's raise standards... er, so says the letters. And you know something... I turned each and everyone of them down. Without regrets.
I thought about it, but I had one factor that decided the entire thing for me... my friends. Most of them were NOT going so I chose having my friends and staying within my comfort zone rather than exceding my academic limits. And like I said, I proved that I could get in and that's all that really mattered. Intelligence and knowledge are two different things. Intelligence is how you use your knowledge, but knowledge is knowing anything.

Wow... haven't updated in a while so... hi! Well so far I'm starting to beta other peoples stories so... I feel accomplished. I love to help people so this is a brilliant oppurtunity. I've been trying to get my friend to let beta her websites, but she doesn't like people knowing who she is... weird person. I mean she won't tell me at least one of the ten names she has for community.livejournal.com/miracle_. Which is very mean because I wan't to read some of her stuff and know it's hers. And if she is visiting I'd like to add... thanks you're so mean. I mean it's me... what evil things can I do... don't answer that actually.
Well, school... so far I have three A's that I know of. Geometry, History, and Spanish 3. The geometry was surprising because I honestly suck at math. However I have an english assessment and a history assessment (they're call tests by my teachers, but I like the word assessment better) coming up. The history one this... Thursday and the English one in October. Man I got a lot of studying to do. Surprisingly, though, I've been studying, working on my sites, beta-ing, and reading books all in a twenty four hour period. I feel accomplished.

I hate global warming for i hate the heat and well... I hate change. I had to move in with my granddad away from my mom when I was young and I had to adjust, but in the beginning I was so depressed and it took awhile to adjust. Luckily my friends were able to help with that. Right now I'm very worried that I'll have something else change. Living with my grandparents who spoil me has it's advantages... to a point. I get to be happy, but for the price of being worried twenty-four/seven. I'm always worried about my grandfather dying because then I have no where else to go. That or move in with my Uncle, but that's in Washington DC, and that means moving away from my friends. I don't want to go through another drastic change already. I just can't help but worry over it and it just seems so... oh well. I've lived with it for five years or so, I guess I can continue on until I'm an adult.

Wow, I gotta start updating this page more often. Anyways I was wondering, have you ever wondered why it is that people with different views always get discriminated for it? Right now I have high views on the logic of the political and social worlds plus I enjoy my profane views and I've been called out for it. People say I'm a freak and I simply say, just because I'm different doesn't mean the worlds gonna end because everyones not like you. It's true, if your different from the rest then you get "shunned" for it. Honestly, I just think that one man cannot create a world full of creatures with intellect to survive what is thrown at us. Plus how can someone turn water into wine just by holding the stupid goblet... it just can't be done. See logic. Plus how can a simple wooden boat carry tons of weight from different species of animals and not be destroyed. It just can't be done. Plus the constitution says that one may not discriminate against another because of race or color or gender. Well in some areas of the united states people are discriminating against arabics, asians, hispanics, and blacks. Okay yes Blacks and Hispanics (plus Arabics) have gained a rep, but that's only selected few. Not all of them are bad. Some actually have been beneficial to the way of human life. And comeone, how can you discriminate agains asians... they're so cool! Sure they have many more different languages then americans, but hello, we've done more to hurt them for what they haven't done then giving them the credit for the brilliance for what they've done. Plus the whole gender thing. Women are still segregated towards there compatence and capability for basic intellect when truly women use more parts of there brain then men do (which, it's proven that the average male from birth to age 22-35 only uses 2 of his brain) and yet we're stupider. I'm sorry, but if you asked a guy and a girl, would you jump off a bridge if everyone else was doing it. Most guys: Wow that sounds like fun. Girls: are you crazy? I would like to live. I am saying not all guys, but the guys that worry more about how they get girls then they do their grades. Now something else. Gender orientation discrimintation. I mean, hell I'm straight, but I think lesbians, gays, bis, trans, etc, deserve the same rights as every other person. Who cares if a guy wants to marry a guy, who cares if a guy can't choose between a guy or a girl or a girl to a girl, it's unconstitutional and goes against the Universal Human Bill of Rights. 1. You may choose who you love, 2. You have the right to the pursuit of happiness 3. One may not segregate the other base on inhuman factors. And yet even today with our supposed advance intellectual minds we can't comprehend that just because someone's different doesn't mean that they'll cause chaos for everyone else. I think the main factor is how the human naturally wants order in there lives and when someone or something changes that then they freak out and blame that change and began lashing out towards it. Honestly we should all think of how it hurts a fellow human being. When is there enough pointless pain transfered to make enough enough? Why can't we all see that it's wrong to hurt other?

I am straight (all for the guys, especially if there major hotties with a brain and are cultural!), but I believe that gays, bisexuals, transgenders, and lesbians deserve the same rights as everyone else. I have a couple of gay guy friends, one being so confident about who he is he never stays closeted for long with new friends. After a week he will literally say. "Oh and if you haven't already noticed I'm gay and damn well proud of it and if you can't except that then it's your lost because if you can't see through my homosexuality to see I'm a great person than that's your problem, not mine." He actually said this to me two days after we met and we've been hanging out ever since.

So read below and truly think. Should a person suffer through this worlds society just because of their gender orientation? I think they should be treated for the human being they are. They're not freaks they're great people who just have differnet taste in genders. What's wrong with that?

Things That Happened Today At School
How I think the Students reacted and how the Teacher's might've reacted!
This is a segment where I'll discuss things that happened at school and then write a breif discription of how two different bodies of students reacted and how teachers may have reacted. The two different types of students are those that are higher on the scale of popularity than most and then the losers with a lot of friends (me and my friends because we all despise those who are cocky bitches and that goes for the guys too).

Okay, finally thought of something to talk about! Okay, I have decided that I am REFUSING to say the pledge of Alledgance (or however you spell it). Why? Because it's all a f-ing lie! We are not all equal or "indevisable, under god" for we've been discriminating and shit and we still do it now. SO all I do is stand there with an expression on my face like... You-are-all-liars!

Students' Point of View Popular Snobs:
They'd probably take one look at me (all dressed in black, with rocker hair, and black nails) and call me a freak or call me un patriotic. Actually being called a freak... hey I don't care, I'm a freak anddamn well proud of it because you know something... I believe what I think and I know what I'm saying is not only an opinion, but probably RIGHT! Now yes it is a tad unpatriotic to the ditsy idiotic, I-think-I'm-all-that bitches, but if you think about it, I'm as patriotic as they are, if not more. Unlike them, I'm practicing my rights such as liberty, justice, the freedom of speech, and right now the freedom of the press. I think that patriotism does not limit you to believing in what everyone classifies as "a good citizen." You practice you rights, hell, you good enough.

Students' Point of View My Fellow Memebers of Society:
I can name probably 6+ friends who would listen to my veiws and say, "You've got a point!" I actually have a friend (who is the one who got me into K/J Pop, more K than J, June Manga Yaoi, and expressing myself more) who actually inspired me to stop saying the Pledge. Last year I saw that she didn't say it and I'm sure she isn't doing it this year so I thought I have a point so I' going to prove it by acting on it. So far no one from the above category has asked me why I don't say it and I'm going to flat out say, "I can not Pleadge a lie, for not every one is indevisable and who knows if there is a 'god'" And if they don't like, fuck them.

Teachers' Point of View:
So far none of my teacher's have really noticed, but I can name two that would probably question it in one way or another. They'd probably not really care, but I'm sure some day I'll get a teacher that's anti-anti-government and flat out chew my ear off. Hey I'm just going to tell them. "You think this country's so fucking great? I have gay guy friends who almost didn't get a court hearing bacause of sexual orientation discrimnaion. You call that indevisable? Fuck that, what about other groups that have been stared down at? How can you call this godforsaken place 'great'?" I will not censor it, and if I get in trouble then hey again I'm going to tell the principal the truth. "The teacher asked why I was exercising my rights to not say the Pledge and when I told her, she shot down my opinion, so I shot hers down right back."
See I think stuff like that out. It may not happen that way, but be prepared.

If You Feel The Need To Be Depressed... READ THIS...

I recently had a realization... my life sucks. I mean I have a lot of friends, I'm fine with being weird, but something struck me. Is normality such a bad thing? Recently I bought a black rose (fake of course) because I thought it was pretty. When I got though, my granddad called me weird for the first time... for some reason it struck me harder than I realized. I honestly have no problem with being weird... I love it, but what will happen now.

I realize that yes I have great things in my life. Freinds, family... er, sort of, and a life going good for me, but I hate my life. Have you ever known what it's like to have no mother after only a few years and secretly knowingthat you had know something terrible was to happen before she was gone. Have you never known your father and yet given the oppurtunity to know him? Being a freak to society is fun and all, but... well right now I'm thinking it's not so great. The freak parts fine, but I've lost more people in my life alone than any one I've known and I'm only 14.

Precious things have come and gone and so have precious people, but seriously. I thought I'd gotten used to it, but it still hurts. So does having the knowledge of knowing someone will die soon. I hate it and how I want it to end... how I want it to stop... this retchedly perfect life. I have thought countless times of suicide, but am terribly afraid of death and what happens afterwards. I have thought of many such things and found myself growing evermore afraid.

I think that's why my stories are so depressing... so very depressing. How death and deprivement seem to flood through them. I guess I'm secretly trying to reach out to someone who'll see that I'm not as strong as everyone thinks I am. My friends are shocked when they find out something terrible has happened.

For example, my gay guy freind was assaulted and badly injured recently and when one of my close friends found out they were shocked that I kept going on with life as though I was fine. A lot of them idolize me in it and how I just accept it and move on. It's true I accept it, but not till long after it happens. When someone in my family died recently I didn't cry until two days after the funeral. It took me a while to accept it, but I did and no I was not fine with it. The pain turned my heart to stone and I knew things would never be the same. I have a friend who lives in the decease's neighborhood and when I go to his house I feel a strong emptiness just consume me. I hate it.

How many precious people have died in my family? Oh what... 6 and my mother's not dead, but I barely remember her face. Maybe more than six, but I've lashed out at my body so many times I'm sure I've forgotten someone. Funerals... so many of them and I still can't help but wish not to go to another. I'm goth and where tons of black, but I'm trying to where more color as to keep a promise to someone dead now.

Memories always flood through my mind and tears, even now, burn my eyes and I wish to end the pain and scream to people, I have no strength and wish I were dead!

Those who have died I feel guilty as though it were my fault. I also feel guilty because they didn't deserve it, but I do deserve it. I have taken many things for granted and if I continue on living (which I probably will for I'm cowardice of death) I will never take another person for granted. I know if I lose one more precios person I'll lose control, I'll go berserk. I don't want to go down the road of suicide again... I regret it now and will never fall down that path again.

I promise now, to those who read this, I will continue on with my life and I will not die for I refuse to fall again.

At such a vonerable age
How can we grow up
When we still want to be kids?

As we grow older
As we continue on with life
What happens?

Things
Such as death and good-byes and broken promises
Do they cloud our judgment?

At a young age, teenagers are succumbed to depression from stress of different origins (peer pressure, family, school, etc).
Told to grow up by their parents in one way or another pressures them and they become depressed.
Not realizing it
Instead of helping their children
Parents are actually hurting them
Worse than any other stress reactor.
However
Not only the parents
But the children that pressure their parents to say
Grow up
Are at fault.
Teenagers are stereotyped for being cocky
Sometimes.
It's true
Sometimes
That teenagers are still cocky kids.
Not realizing it
But every countless decision they make
Effects the countless people they love and care about.
The same people that care about and love them.

Suicide...
Sometimes once thought the answer
But truly regret.

Being cocky isn't the answer
Neither is growing up
But think about how your decisions

Will effect

The people you love.
