I think I REALLY need to re-vamp my whole fanfiction profile! It's been over a year since I wrote anything! :O

About Me:

Firstly I should introduce myself. My real name is Naomi but online (and sometimes offline) I am known as Ichigo (previously as Terra and Nomie). I am 17 years of age and live in England. I attend my local college as an adult and I expect to be treated like one. England is NOT like america and many other countries where young people are treated as children until they are 18 and stay at school until they are 18/19. I find that extremely unreasonable. In my opinion all that does is slow development of individuality and takes longer for older teens to realise that they won't have mommy or daddy to help them stand on their two feet forever. Basically I think that if I was a 16 year old american then I would be treated like a 14 year old English person which is highly pathetic. I left school at 16 like everyone else in my country and I am just fine. I like to be treated like an adult and not as a child. If you are american or any other country that I have been ranting about please keep that in mind. (I have a very strong opinion on this topic!)

I am on a number of different sites but the ones that I visit and update more regularly are fanfiction, youtube, myspace, deviantart and of course my very own hosted site where you can find icons, layouts, wallpapers ect for your own personal use. If you ever go onto my site please only use the things you find for your PERSONAL use. I do NOT want to see things I've worked hard on knocking about the internet and other people claiming it is theirs! Read the TOS before you take please.

I have a wide range of interests and hobbies but the main ones are Japanese anime, manga, web designing, graphics, fanfiction, drawing, making anime music videos and of course martial arts. As you have probably noticed most (if not all) of these interests can be linked to the Japanese culture. Even from a young age I have been hooked to the Japanese lifestyle and culture, be it the food, language, special events or interests. I am very proud to say out loud that I am obsessed and a japanese loving freak! They all rock and you know it!

I've seen a lot of animes and have read a lot of manga but my favourite ones (in no particular order) have to be; Tokyo Mew Mew, Loveless, Naruto, Sailor Moon, Dragonball/Z/GT, Chobits, Elfen Lied, Tokyo Underground (an amazing anime! I can't believe it's gone so un-noticed! It should be as popular as bleach and naruto), shaman king, and D.N.Angel. Like I said before this is only a short list of the animes I've watched/manga I've read.

Something very strange about myself is that I have a weird obsession with cats. I have always loved them ever since I can remember. All the neighbours hate me as I have a reputation for stealing their cats from them (my mum won't let me buy my own and I can't do anything about that since it's her house and i respect her decisions). The anime Tokyo Mew Mew really interested me the first time I had seen it, and that is the secret behind my new online name. I am similar to Ichigo in so many ways. Nya!

Generally I am a very nice person. I like to help others with their problems and point people in the right direction. When I first meet someone I am very shy but as I start talking to them more and I start to open up to them and let them in. I love making new friends so don't be afraid to talk to me. I don't bite... unless of course I'm ranting about a strong opinion of mine. I am caring and will be nice to you only if you are nice to me. (treat others how you wish to be treated!)

I respect everyone no matter what their "style" is. One thing I have to say. DO NOT label me! I like to be unlabeled, I am currently unlabeled and it will stay that way! I like the idea of having control of my own life and not having to follow a crowd of dilusional people. I have other ways to get noticed, not just how I act and look. I like the idea of waking up in the morning and being able to wear anything I like, be it black or pink, jeans or skirts, all depending on my mood.

I respect everyone's styles but the only problem I have with people is if they "act" emo for attention. I had a friend once who was comparing herself to someone in her class and these were her exact words. "She isn't emo. I'm emo. I cut myself. She doesn't cut herself!" What this is called is being STEROTYPICAL! How pathetic. She wants to play emo by cutting herself because she thinks that will make people believe her. Now that equals attention seeking. I don't like attention seeking at all; it really is the ultimate low. Please do not do it or talk to me if you are one of these people! It really pisses me off. Me and that girl are no longer friends now. Her wannabee-emoness and sad little jealous life pushed me over the edge. (I have nothing against emos, goths, or any style for that matter. I try to treat people as individuals).

And speaking of my friends. I have a lot of people that I can trust and who I love. If anyone fucks with them then I'll fuck with your face and believe me when I'm done it'll break any mirror you look into. It doesn't cost anything to be nice and polite to others, but having plastic surgery costs a lot.

There really isn't anything else that I can think of to say. I'm extremely sorry for ranting about negative issues. I just wanted to get it all out of the way so people know what annoys me or the type of things that I will not accept. If you don't do anything to upset me then I can guarantee from now on whatever I write about will all be about positive things.
