Hi there, I'm DMG44. But call me Skye if you want. And clearly, I'm a girl.

I used to be named DMGirl44, but everyone kept putting it as DMG44. So, I just changed it the new one.

I'm a huge fan of Yu-Gi-Oh! G/X so, you'll mainly find me writing fanfics for it. And a good few of my G/X stories will include my OC girl, Skye Aarons. If you want to know about Skye, go lower on the page. I’ll update on that stuff as more is revealed about the characters or when a new one is introduced.

I also love playing Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG. I’ve got 2 main decks, Spellcasters/Magical creatures and Crystal Beasts. Dark Magician Girl, Ancient Fairy Dragon, Ruby Carbuncle, and Rainbow Dragon are my favorites in those decks. Though, I'm also a fan of the Black Rose Dragon and I'm trying to build a deck for it.

It's my dream to become a great writer and I figure writing here on fanfiction might give me some good practice.

Skye is a spirited girl who can see Duel Monster Spirits and is a bit of a tomboy. She’s tough and loves dueling. Her deck has cards she created that support Dark Magician Girl, her favorite card. She can even see the spirits of most of her monsters, but her main partner is her Dark Petit Angel; nicknamed Shadow. She’s terrified of snakes, but is also afraid of losing Jesse. When she first gets to Duel Academy, she sees Jesse chase Ruby, which leads them to meeting each other. And after meeting Jaden, Skye develops a crush on Jesse, who returns her feelings. They soon fall completely in love. She also helps the gang stop Viper. In the desert dimension, she gets scratched by Yubel-possessed Marcel, it later sends waves of pain through her at unexpected times. It gets healed, but never fades. Skye gets very upset when Jesse disappears, she blames Yubel for it and never forgives the spirit. She really hates Yubel’s guts for possessing Jesse’s body and sealing his soul in Rainbow Dark Dragon. She even helps Jaden save Jesse from Yubel. In Capsule Monsters, Skye is part of the gang who goes to get Jim out of the pyramid. She sometimes punches people who annoy her. During the battle with Rainbow Dark Dragon while it possessed Jesse, he and Skye both gained the ability to speak telepathically(but only with each other). When Yubel knocks Skye into a coma, she gives Skye a chance to get past her grudge in a duel, in which Skye wins and the trance is lifted. Skye still won’t forgive Yubel in the end. Jesse and Skye parted when he returned to North Academy after he promised to come back. Soon after, Skye met a Kuribon, who has bright green eyes that remind her of Jesse’s. Her best friends, Gwen and Diane, come to visit her a month before graduation. Gwen thought Skye went to Duel Academy to forget them. They dueled and Skye won. Skye managed to talk some sense into Gwen in the end. Skye was taken to the World of Darkness along with the whole rest of Duel Academy when a Trueman clone discovered what the darkness in her heart was, although it was faint and very difficult to find. Her darkness was a fear of losing Jesse, but Jaden’s words about friendships and bonds helped her see that she didn’t have to worry about it ever again. In the end, Skye was saved from Nightshroud and reunited with Jesse.

In Kingdom Hearts G/X, Skye is one of the seven G/X Princesses of Heart. She is also the Princess of Magician Kingdom, but she doesn’t want to be. She always sneaks out of the castle to see what the city is like. When Prince Jesse came to her kingdom, he fell in love with her after seeing her take down a swarm of Heartless on her own. Skye fell in love with Jesse after seeing she can really open up to him. Dark Jesse also fell in love with her, but Skye rejected him though he eventually managed to capture her. Prince Jesse vowed to save her.

She’s also in a fanfic I'm co-writing with Yami Zelgadis, ‘The Skye’s the Limit’ if you want to read something else with Skye in it. In this fanfic, she’s 17. And she is a Signer with a Dragon Claw birthmark. Her powers are magic that’s affected by her emotions and her dragon is Ancient Fairy Dragon. She is also in the sequel of TSTL, ‘The Sins of the Signers’. Before her duel with her Dark Signer, Skye went to the Duel Spirit World to free Ancient Fairy Dragon and was helped by Elemental Mistress Doriado, who was turned into a child by the Minus Curse. They both got help from Regulus and stopped Demonic Monkey King Zeman and Skye returned to the human world so that she could help Jesse defeat the Dark Signer. (IMPORTANT NOTE: This isn’t really part of Skye’s storyline. She’s not a Signer in my stories.)

Jake is Skye’s overprotective older brother. He can see Duel Spirits like his sister, his spirit is his Silent Magician LV4, who nags him about being overprotective. The only reason he even came to Duel Academy was to watch Skye. He even denies that he’s overprotective unless people actually give him reasons. Aster, Axel, Zane, and Jim pointed this out to him the most in Eternal Bonds. He isn’t scared of that much stuff, but he’s claustrophobic and Viper creeps him out. Jake is a Pro League duelist, but Skye defeats him more often than he defeats her. He's also rivals with Aster Phoenix.

Andrew Smith:
age: 17

A friend of Jim’s who likes to play Capsule Monsters. He also likes to wear a red baseball cap. He gets possessed by Alexander the Great’s evil side(yeah, he came back to get the ultimate power and rule the world). He (while possessed) pushed Jim into the map in the Capsule Monster pyramid and lured Jaden, Jesse, Skye, and Syrus into helping him so that he could get his power. After Jaden defeats Alexander’s dark side, Andrew is set free and he is put in the hospital along with Zane.

Gwen Fletcher:
age: 16 in Attack of the Shadows
gender: female
appearance: long green hair that’s up in a ponytail, dark blue eyes
deck: Harpie
is in: (cameo in Skye’s flashbacks in Revenge and Forgiveness), Attack of the Shadows
relatives: (twin) sister: Diane Fletcher
Gwen is Diane’s twin sister. Her deck is full of Harpie cards, and her spirits are her Harpie Queen and Harpie Girl. Gwen has also been able to see Duel Spirits since she was born. She is one of Skye’s best friends from when she was young. She has a weird habit of asking a lot of questions. Gwen thought that Skye left her and Diane in Domino to come to Duel Academy to forget about them. She thought she’d found even more proof when she found a picture of Jesse and Skye. So, she dueled with Skye. Afterward, she listened to Skye telling her that she went to Duel Academy because it was one of the only opportunities she would get. She seems to understand how deep Skye’s feelings for Jesse are because she fell for Syrus pretty quickly.

Other appearances:
In Kingdom Hearts G/X, Gwen is one of the seven G/X Princesses of Heart. She is also the Princess of the Sky Realm. She can grow wings when she wants to fly and is skilled with a Keyblade. Bastion was supposed to capture her, but he failed when Gwen helped him see that he was doing the wrong thing. She was captured by the Supreme King while she was taking a nap.

Diane Fletcher:

Diane is Gwen’s twin sister. She plays with a deck full of WATER monsters since she loves the ocean(this is also why she’s got blue hair and eyes and why she always wears blue). She is one of Skye’s best friends from when she was young. Diane is different from Gwen in the case of how she can see Duel Spirits. She got the ability through earning a spirit’s trust. Gwen was born with the ability. Diane really wanted to meet Jaden before she did and developed a crush on him the instant she saw him. Diane didn’t like the fact that Gwen thought Skye had ditched them to come to Duel Academy and stood by Skye on the matter. She was happy when they resolved the problem and Skye agreed to introduce them to Jesse on the first opportunity she got. Diane and Gwen left the day after the duel.

Other appearances:
In Kingdom Hearts G/X, Diane is one of the seven G/X Princesses of Heart. She is also the Princess of the Sea Realm and guardian of the Ocean’s Sun, a giant pearl that glows like the sun. The Supreme King captured her by keeping her from getting near water. Riku tried to save her with no luck.

Tyler Aarons is Jake and Skye Aarons’ father. He is usually on business so he hasn’t shown up yet in any story. He tries to contact his son and daughter as often as he can but he doesn’t get to as often as he would like.
