All right, what can I say? I twenty-something gal from Western MD. I've been reading since I was old enough to pick up a book, and writing stories almost as long. My literary tastes are wide-ranging: I enjoy the classics, and have a keen interest in the supernatural and world religions.

At age five I was diagnosed as having ADD; at age eighteen, I was re-diagnosed as having Asperger's Syndrome (a high-functioning form of Autism). I am highly opinionated and tend to be emotionally driven. I can be a loner, sometimes existing in my "own little world." Most people think I am a bit odd (though I suppose that isn't a problem here). ;)

I'm a liberal Christian by definition; my beliefs are important to me, and you will probably see them reflected in my writing (provided I actually get around to writing something here).I enjoy photography, yoga concert-going, movies, serious discussions, and long walks. I also like to research urban folklore in my spare time.

I despise hypocrisy, double standards, politics, and fanaticism of any kind.

My favorite TV shows currently include: Mythbusters, Life After People, The Tonight Show w/Conan O'Brien, as well as Top Gear, Graham Norton, Ashes to Ashes, Doctor Who, Torchwood...and a number of other shows on the BBC. :)

My favorite movies currently include: Doubt, The Prestige, Fight Club, Finding Neverland, and Session 9.

My favorite book is Mary Shelley's Frankenstein--and I don't trust people who don't like Harry Potter. :)
