My favorite pairing is SasuNaruSasu or NaruSasuNaru...because they both act like men. Not flat chested little girls with strap ons. No-one wants to read about them...well at least not me. That's pretty much the only pairing I read about but I like side pairings like KibaHina and ShikaIno or ShikaTemari. My favourite character is probably Naruto but I love 'em all really.
