I am not a twelve year old girl; I just adore this icon, and Wallace and his Wallace-ness in general (or should I call it his pimp juice?! lol.)
Anywho; my name is Laura and I'm an Aussie, and, no I do not like shrimp on the barbie, and I do not ride a kangaroo to school (but my mum said that if I was really good, she'd buy me one for my birthday ;)
In actual fact, I'm just a 16 year old girl who is trying to juggle school - and the masses of work that comes with that, sport (a lot of sporting commitments), distinguishing and maintaining a balance between old friendships and new friendships, work - which is so full on I can barely explain it and other things that are considered important in "building a great life and career" for myself - well, that's how my mother likes to put it. Bless her though, she just wants what's best for me... moving on.

TV SHOWS
Veronica Mars
My favourite show of ALL TIME. Words cannot explain how much I adore this show. Rob Thomas is my hero - seriously.
Everything about this show is awesome - the characters, the jokes, Jason Dohring, the dialogue...everything. I think I could talk (and quote) about this show for days at a time...I know I've subjected my poor (willing) brothers to several marathons - which they loved of course ;) I am still upset that they canceled such a great show, and I think I always will be.
Moonlight
It might have been my uncanny fascination with things supernatural, or the fact that I tuned into it and thought that it was an okay show...and then saw that Jason Dohring was on it, that I continued to watch and eventually love this show. Unfortunately, television in Australia is crap and I've seen about half of the first season. (And I've heard that it got canned in the US; which sucks - if it's indeed true.)
Supernatural
All I can say is - Jensen Ackles is sooooooo hot. This is all.
How I Met Your Mother
This show is so funny! And everyone who knows me knows that I love anything (or anyone) funny. Oh, and am I the only one who thinks that the Barney/Robin romance thing is SO cute?! Or am I the only one to notice it?
(Note that down here is Australia, we're probably behind most other countries; so don't spoil it!)
The IT Crowd
Another funny one; serious, this has me in crack ups all the time! Moss is my hero!
The OC
Because I belong in that generation of people who ALL loved the OC, I mean, it was the shiz! (Note dorky use of the word shiz. lol)
I thought it was the coolest show of all time - before I discovered Veronica Mars, of course. But I will always be partial to the OC, for some odd reason.
Movies
Pirates of the Carribean
SO DAMN GOOD
These movies are so awesome (although I have to say that I like the first one the best.)
They completely crack me up with the subtle humour. Jack Sparrow is a creation of genius, a character who completely changed the look of the pirate everywhere. And Orlando Bloom...need I say more?
These movies are simply amazing.
The Notebook
I'm not a girly girl, I'll admit it, but I LOVE this movie. It remains the only movie which I've actually cried in - and that's saying something. So heartbreakingly good. If you're a girl and you haven't seen this movie; you MUST!
Catch Me If You Can
Totally not the type of movie I would usually watch; but I freaking loved it!
ANYTHING WITH ADAM SANDLER:
Bulletproof, 50 First Dates, The Wedding Singer, Anger Management, Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison...
There's probably plenty more, but these are the movies I was brought up on and still adore to this day.
The Wedding Singer is probably my favourite though; maybe it's because I love the 80s and all the 80s jokes that are in there. lol
Books
Song of the Lioness

Wow! I don't really get into books, but I loved it. It's my favourite book of all time and I love reading it when I have spare time.
Harry Potter
Do I even need to mention who it's written by?
Well, I like them. A lot. My favourite individual books are Goblet of Fire and Half-Blood Prince.
I like the movies as well.
