I'm just a normal college girl, Spanish major, English minor. I love Anime, mostly Naruto... I read practically anything that has Kakashi. I've also recently discovered the Supernatural fan fiction! I don't have cable so I'm always behind in what's going on in my favorite shows, but I find out what happens... eventually...
I'm from a small town where everyone knows everyone else's business and where you can walk down the street and say hi to everyone in town. People think I'm crazy for loving that but what can I say? IT'S GREAT. I live on the Eastern Shore , so a lot of tourists come down to our beaches and give us looks for our country-ish and somewhat backwards ways, but I don't really care, we have fun doing what we do. I'm all for that bumper sticker "If it's called tourist season, can we shoot them?". (I know... I'm horrible...)
Anyway, I'm that sappy romantic type who likes to watch Disney movies and sigh because the Princess/Prince found their true love. Yeah yeah... horrible, I know. And that's probably why I'm still single.
My colleagues always tell me I think too much, so if you ever get a totally bizarre comment from me that's just how my mind works... I mean, can ANYONE tell me the point of windsocks? The wind doesn't need really them because it doesn't have feet. But if it does have socks does it prefer cotton or wool? See... I think way too much, and I'm far too literal... but doesn't it just make you smile?? SMILES
I'm really into languages. I absolutely LOVE them. I'm pretty fluent in Spanish, but I've got quite a few languages in progress(italian and japanese). In high school I took a few Latin classes but I really don't remember all that much.
I'm also not ashamed to say I'm partial to yaoi. There are some characters that just don't have a counterpart of the opposite sex, you know?
