Hey, I'm a former FanFiction Hater, turned writer, under the pen name of Theo Hart.
I'm not exactly the most rabid of fans, but I like writing FanFics as a way of sparking my own ideas. Plus, it's just fun to play around with already created characters. : P
You'll probably only see Naruto Fics from me. I've become a fan of the series in the past year or so, and that says a lot, considering I'm not really that much of fan of anime or manga.

Well... I've been converted to Bleach. It's decent writing, and the visuals are nice. If I ever attempt to make a Bleach fic, it's going to be TOUGH.
Even though I'm a fairly dedicated Naruto fan, I've gotta' say that Ichigo is a far deeper primary character than Naruto. It's as if Shikamaru was combined with Naruto, completely fleshed out, and became super-powerful.
With Naruto, I get to develop him from the ground up. I have lots of space to work with, as the character is fairly simple.
Ichigo is complex. VERY complex.
To write him well, I'll have to start writing characterizations that tower over Naruto's... from the BEGINNING.
Same goes for most of the main characters in Bleach.
I'd be able to do it, but... dang. It'd be much more difficult.
