Out of the Blue:
To 'MeH()', who reviewed Our Proposal (I can't find you! D:) haha, yes, the moodkiller was very much intentional. That story isn't a romance as much as it is a political statement. I'm trying to rally up support for legalizing gay marriage, in how technically, gays can't say "Will you marry me?" if marriage is a right they're being denied. In all ways, a homosexual relationship is exactly like a heterosexual relationship in all important features, but Proposition (H)8 took the allowance of being a recognized couple away from people. Because gay marriage isn't allowed, if your partner is dying in the hospital, you're not allowed to go in there and hold his/her hand, because you're not legally considered a family member. If you and your partner have a child together and your partner dies, that child can very well be taken away from you, because you're not the legally recognized mother/father.
And I'm not trying to make this a rant (TRYING SO HARD TO RESTRAIN MYSELF) but you get the picture. Our Proposal isn't a warm and fluffy fanfic, in my mind. To me, as the author, it's a statement, starting from what I know best, to tell America to get off its ass, and start protecting civil rights!

Komui, under Allen and Lenalee's bidding, makes a powder to break Tyki and Lavi's relationship apart. Only problem being that... his powder shrank the men ten years. A hormonal, sixteen-year old Tyki and a naive, early-alias eight-year old Lavi?! Rated M for kink, crack, and bullshit. And possible pedophilia. :D
