Hello all! Inuyasha_SIT here. Ok, about me...about me...well, I live in the United States - Kansas to be more specific. I've lived here most of my life. Currently, I have left college to pursue a business adventure, and am loving it. It is completely recession proof! _ Hmm...I am of the opinion that in all of humanity's history, The Lord of the Rings is the best story ever told. After discovering it, falling in love with it, and staying in love with it for all these years, I am inclined to say that the chances that Tolkien was given divine inspiration when he wrote that story are near 100. If it weren't for the fact that I know people to be imperfect and therefore everything they make is imperfect, I may have been persuaded to say that The Lord of the Rings is the perfect story. - Can you tell just how far I've fallen for it? :D The strange thing is, I've never enjoyed reading any of the fanfiction (and so, haven't read any in a long time), and I've never felt any inclination to attmept writing any myself. I'm not really sure why. Anyway, the point of that was to not only give you a little insight into who I am, but also to say that no matter what I may say in the future, the characters and plot of The Lord of the Rings will always be my absolute favorite. It is in a catagory all its own. Just know that if I ever say something or someone is my favorite this or that, it is one step below Tolkien's great work.

Anyway, now that you all think I'm utterly insane, let's move on to the list of things I will/do read/write about (although, this list is subject to grow as the mood strikes me):

I think that's all; although, it feels like I'm forgetting something. Oh well, if I think of it, I'll put it up here. Now on to my personal style:

I really only ever read or write multi-chapter romance fics (Although I've started reading a few of the longer one-shots if their summaries make them sound interesting. I like to really get into what I'm reading.). Also, I like to stay as close to cannon as possible, so I doubt you guys will ever see me post a fic with an odd pairing. For example, you'll never see a fic with an Inuyasha/Sango pairing or something like that. My favorite pairings are:

Jack/Sam (I know I don't have Daniel/Vala up here, but I've had a tingling in the back of my head telling me I should start reading fics about them, so I may have to add them soon.)
Mulder/Scully
Piper/Leo
Harry/Ginny (every great now and then I may read a Ron/Hermione fic, but not very often. This is because ever since the movies came out, I can't read fics about HP characters without picturing the actors who play them - I have a medical issue that affects my memory, and I can't remember what my original characters looked like - and Emma Watson just annoys the crap out of me.)
Inuyasha/Kagome
Sango/Miroku
Kurogane/Fay (I know they're technically not cannon...yet, but they bloody well should be!)
Takiko/Uruki/Rimudo (For those of you who don't read this manga, this is not a love triangle. Uruki and Rimudo are the same person. You'll have to start reading the manga if you want further explanation. ;) -Really though, you should. It's an excellent bit of storytelling)

One thing about my love affair with KuroFay (and now DouWata): I've never been a fan of gay fanfiction. Now, before you people jump all over me, it's not because I'm a homophobe or something. In fact, I have many homosexual friends - close friends. It's just the whole idea of anal sex is something that is extremely unattractive to me - no matter who you are. In the interests of keeping it clean, I'm not going to tell you why, but I'm sure you guys can use your imaginations and figure it out for yourselves. Anyway, so when I read that stuff, instead of turning me on, it just grossed me out, so I decided to steer clear of the genre altogether. Well, I did until I fell in love with Kurogane/Fay. The characters are wonderful in and of themselves, but their relationship with each other is beyond words. In my opinion, they outshine Syaoran and Sakura, the "main" characters. Kurogane and Fay hold the story on their shoulders. Every new chapter that comes out, I keep wishing that CLAMP will grant us the gift of KuroFay, but it hasn't happened yet. It is a testament to the characters, that they have inspired me to read guy-on-guy fics. With these guys, I have found it quite easy to read all the coughspecial scenescough by "forgetting" what guy-on-guy means. (I think it helps that Fay is so girly. :D)

Well, I'd say that's enough rambling for now. Just know that no matter how many times I post fanfictions, they will always be just that - FANfics. I don't own any of this stuff.

Also, you may notice that I didn't include Syaoran/Sakura in that list. This was not an accidental omission. I don't know why; I just don't like them that much. It may be becuase I find Sakura rather annoying. It may also be because I'm very, very pissed off at clone Syaoran for what he did to Fay. Fay is my favorite character out of anything that I've seen or read, so I'm a little picky when it comes to what happens to him. This also means that I pick on him in my fics. I love Fay angst - mostly because I love the rescue by Kurogane that inevitably follows. :) Really, I only read Tsubasa for Kurogane and Fay; although, I've started to taking a liking to the real Syaoran. I found myself rooting for him several times.
