About Moi:

I come from the South Eastern region of the United States. Lived in farm land areas for the better part of my life. I rounded cattle and rode horses for about 8 years and then moved to the North Country areas of New York state.
I could say I live on the computer and in libraries more than anything and take my adventurous little 4 year old with me everywhere I go.
I have a friend. She is the closest person I know to a sister and lives in NY state with me for the time being. My intermediate family resides in the Eastern nether regions of the United States.
For some reason I have a facination with creeks. I enjoy the way they look and the diversity of life that they hold. I like hiking through forests with one or more creeks if possible. Not a requirement though, just a preference.
I am generally easy to get along with although I tend to be a fairly depressive person: both in my humor and daily activities. I am a realist but also dig through Buddist teachings. Pema Chodron is a must read for anyone interested.
My friend likes to describe me as "...blunt, knowledgable, observant, and tempermental." (Make note: She owns cats: a.k.a. apathetic creatures.)

Little known fact:
Catfood and peanut butter isn't so bad. Cashews stuffed in black olives...has been researched and is thoroughly disgusting.
