Hi my name is Kaitlyn, but my Chinese name is Wang Yun, which means eternally joyful...it doesn't really fit me.
Here's a little bit about me...
My favorite movies vary quite a bit. I love Pride and Prejudice, 300, Pirates of the Caribbean, Practical Magic, and the Underworld movies. Wanted is my latest favorite. If you haven't already seen it, you need to. James McAvoy is adorable.
As far as books go, of course, I am obsessed with the Twilight series...kind of a requirement seeing as how I am a girl. I also love Stephanie Meyer's newest novel, The Host. It is scrumptious.
I kind of out grew manga a while back but I still read Fruits Basket like any good die hard.
I try really hard to eat to live and not live to eat...but that doesn't always go as well as I'd like it to. But I love lacrosse so that makes up for a lot of my poor eating habits.
P.S. for those of you who don't know what lacrosse is, it's that really cool sport that uses sticks with nets on the end and a ball about the size of a tennis ball, which you shoot into a hockey-sized goal (originally invented by the Native Americans--there's a bit of history for you).
I was struck by inspiration!
I'm sorry to any of my "The Return of the Curse" fans who might be reading this, but I had a fit of inspiration and I simply had to go with the flow. I ended up righting a little one shot crossover about Inuyasha and Rurouni Kenshin. So if any of you people like those two animes/mangas as much as I do, you should go check it out! XD
I promise I'll get back to writing my Fruits Basket story!
