Author has written 10 stories for Supernatural. Bio: I am a 30-something meat and potatoes girl from the Midwest. I grew up in Iowa and dreamed of fleeing my whole teenage life. I currently live about one mile from my childhood home. Funny how things change as life happens. I lucked out and married my soul mate in life - he is virtually everything that I am not and everything that I want to be. I love that he gets me. We have three young daughters. I encouraged him to make a boy but he always threw a girl and it ends up that girls were exactly what our family needed. I've had lots of jobs in my life, but am currently a nurse. And that, too, seems to fit for now. I've been through college twice now with two degrees and hopefully will decide I'm a grown up someday. Likes: Of course, spending time with the fam. I especially like it when we have a sitter for the night and it's just my hubby and I. I love being a Mom, but I enjoy just being me. I love movies - the "it's not your fault" in Good Will Hunting gets me every time. I love Kevin Smith movies, Quentin Tarantino movies and M. Night Shyamalan movies. Quirky movies are always really good - love the oversea stuff as well, Waking Ned Devine, Cold Comfort Farm, Secrets and Lies. Good, good stuff! Anything that makes me think, makes me laugh, makes my eyes constrict. Music: Love it all, with the exception and Country and Christian. I know, I'm sure there are great things I am missing out on, but I don't like vegetables either and I know they are good for me. It's all in the taste. Everything else is fair game. We have music on more than anything in our house, a house full of music is good for the brain, builds that soul! I play the piano and force the girls to as well, but they seem to enjoy it so far. TV: I like TV, but have never been an avid fan of much. My faves from the past were the X-Files, Six Feet Under, Roseanne and Seinfeld. Today I enjoy the Office, How I Met Your Mother, Prison Break and Lost (I'm so happy that I am finally starting to understand what the Hell is going on on that crazy island). Supernatural: I didn't even know it existed until I accidentally came across it on YouTube. I rented both seasons last Summer and watched Season three and then bought seasons one and two just recently. I can't believe this show was under my radar for two whole years! I love the brothers equally, I absolutely do not have a favorite! I love the music, the car, the people they meet and their adventures! I love how they both have a darkness within them and struggle with conflict but they will hold on to the light through one another. Writing: So I've written a couple of fanfics. The 1st definitely is not a great read but I had to get it out of me. I think I was PMS'ing and wrote it in a weekend - total sob story. And since my stories are like children to me so she would be the slow kid, you love her, but she's just a little behind. The other fanfics I actually put thought into and I am proud of them. Lost and Found took the award on the Supernatural Fanfiction Award under the category Hunt the Little Bitch Down, Round 14. Incognito took the award under the category of Nightmares, Round 15.
