Author has written 3 stories for Inuyasha.

Hi, I'm a huge Inuyasha fan, but I started reading Rumiko Takahashi's manga back in the 1980's with Urusei Yatsura. I have also enjoyed her other manga: Ranma 1/2, Half Pound Gospel and Rumic Theater. (All of these manga are great and I would truly recommend them, though I must say that Rumiko's writing style has improved immensely over the years. I guess you can say her style has matured.)

In real life I am a hopeless romantic. Luckily, my husband is pretty romantic and my daughter--well she's just cute and puts up with my Inuyasha stories. I majored in English Literature in college and never bothered to use the skill after I graduated. Everyone seemed more impressed with my computer skills! So after a long absence I have started to write again. I have three Inuyasha's fanfics. Two are complete and the other one is in-progress.

I am also working on two fictional books which I hope to get published someday. (They have nothing to do with Inuyasha...sorry...) One is a medieval romance with vampires as the villains and the other story is a thriller based in the middle east. It's a mix between Dan Brown and Tom Clancy. I've been getting about 2 chapters per month done on those stories.

My online name, Ai Kisugi, comes from a minor character in 'Catseye', a manga series in the 1980's by Tsusaka Hojo. They recently released the TV series out in English. It's a wonderful story that is a mix between Charlies Angel's and the Pink Panther. 'Ai' means 'Love'. Catseye was the very first manga that I ever read and I have been reading manga ever since.

Silly Human Mating Rituals-COMPLETE

The story "Silly Human Mating Rituals" came about when my daughter asked me what happened to Inuyasha and Kagome after episode 167. I told her a little bit about the manga and what is currently happening. Go to: http://freelance.110mb.com/ or http://www.onemanga.com/to download English translations of the Inuyasha manga.

I wrote the story with Rumiko Takahashi's writing in mind. I wanted to keep everything in character, but I wanted Inuyasha to have a definite ending and well, a sex scene. Takahashi would NEVER write a sex scene. We'll be lucky if Kagome and Inuyasha ever kiss. So this story was just a bit of a catharsis for me. A way to conclude the series based on Takahashi's style, but with a rated 'R' twist.

By the way, the wedding scene where every character from the entire series shows up is right out of Rumiko Takahashi's Ranma 1/2. The very last manga of Ranma 1/2 has the two main characters marrying and every person from the series (even characters who would want to stop the wedding) show up. Of course, it makes for a comic ending. Inuyasha isn't as comic as Ranma 1/2, but I figured that if Takahashi ends things with a wedding scene, she will have all of the characters from the series appear.

I'm quite sure that the story will be ending with Inuyasha and Kagome stuck in the past. I'm also quite sure that Inuyasha and Kagome will get married. Why you ask? If you read "Fire Tripper" one of the "Rumic Theater" one shots or if you ever saw the video (I think it came out in the early 1990's) then you can see the similarities to Inuyasha. That series ended with a wedding for the two main characters, a girl from the future and a boy from the past. (Go to http://kuroi-hoshi.org/firetripper/gallery/images/firetripper_manga/scans/ to look at scans of the manga.) But if I know anything about Rumiko, I knew that there would be no steamy sex scenes between the main characters. So I wrote "Silly Human Mating Rituals" to tie up some loose ends and to get a sex scene in for the two of them.

Oh and this is just in. The series has ended with Chapter 558! I won't spoil the ending for you. All I can say is that I got some things right and some things wrong. Go to the One Manga link that I mentioned above to see what really happened.

Future Incarnations: Inuyasha 2030-COMPLETE

"Future Incarnations: Inuyasha 2030" is a sequel to "Silly Human Mating Rituals" albeit set in the future. This story follows the group as they reincarnate in the future: Tokyo 2030. Demons are still around and Kagome is being threatened. Why is she being targeted? Can Inuyasha, Miroku and Sango help to save her before it is too late?

This is a continuation of my previous story since Inuyasha had wished to be with Kagome forever, this life and the next. He had specifically wished to live with her if she reincarnated. After he originally wished on the Shikon no Tama he lived with Kagome for another 300 years. Eventually they died within one week of each other. Then they reincarnated...

So here they are, born in 2012, living in 2030 Tokyo. They barely remember their past in fleeting fragments of memories. Inuyasha is able to remember more than anyone else since he was the one to make the wish. But evil is brewing...what can they do to stop it?

A Grudging Loss-Work-In-Progress

This is an AU story set in present day Los Angeles, CA. (And my only Inuyasha story so far that is not set in Japan.) Inuyasha and Kagome are rival college sports players. The story has facets of Inuyasha, Romeo and Juliet, college sports and a struggling rock band. How does that all relate to each other? Well, take a gander and read. I've been posting a new chapter almost weekly

I can't tell you how this story will end, but when I first envisioned it both the beginning (which is the first 3 chapters) and the ending (the last 3 chapters) were clearly mapped out. So all I can tell you is that this story will have a very clear ending that bookends nicely with the beginning. Lots of romance, some angst, some rock music and college sports (Inuyasha style) of course.
