Hello. I am jin.toshikazu.

ABOUT ME:

I'm an eighteen year-old college student currently majoring in Economics and minoring in Business Administration and Mathematics. I wish I could take creative writing classes, but unfortunately my degree insists that I slave over numbers and not letters. So please take it easy on my stories; I don't have a formal creative writing background and I'm actually more of an 'imaginer' than a writer.

Bits and Pieces:

I'm female and I'm straight.

I’m in my third year in college, but that’s not because I’m a genius or anything. It’s just that I started school at an earlier age than usual and my teachers cut me a lot of slack.

I'm basically a mutt. My mom is Chinese-Filipino and my dad is British-American. She's from the Philippines and he's from Maryland.

I grew up in Dallas (life-long Mavs fan!) and am currently residing in the Philippines.

I speak English, Mandarin and Filipino fluently, know a bit of Capampangan and a smattering of Japanese and German.

I'm happily taken by the geekiest economist/law student/judoka ever.

I have a ridiculously low alcohol tolerance - a glassfull of margarita can knock me out. (Seriously, it's happened before.)

I think that doctors and dentists are really cool. (or hot.)

I want (everyone says I need) to take culinary lessons.

I never get tired of LOTR's War of the Ring, Need for Speed Most Wanted and DotA.

I don’t know where I got my pen name. It just popped into my head when I was creating my account.

ABOUT MY FFN QUIRKS:

1. I believe that it's common courtesy to leave reviews for those who review my stories.

2. I absolutely love Yamanaka Ino.

3. I absolutely hate, abhor, loathe, detest (you get the point...) Haruno Sakura. BUT-

4. I never bash characters in my fics unless it's completely necessary. And when it is, I apologize for it.

5. Naruto is the only fandom I will ever write for, but I do read fics from other fandoms.

6. I usually read Ino-centric fics with catchy summaries or from reputable authors, as long as they aren't yuri.
I respect the people who prefer yaoi and yuri, but they're just not my thing.

7. I don't have a favorite Ino pairing because I think that any pairing with Ino in it is great.
Personally I let Ino play the field in my fics, but I love canon-ish and crack pairings equally.

8. Besides Ino, my other favorite Naruto character is Kabuto. Someday I'm gonna make a fic with that pairing. I swear.

9. I never have the entire plot laid out when I start writing my multi-chapter fics.

10. I don't update or post stories regularly because I don't post my works until I'm completely satisfied with them.
I write only when I'm in the mood and I take as long as I need or want to edit them.

ABOUT MY FAVORITE AUTHORS:

The only reason why I do not have a Favorite Authors or Stories list is because I am too lazy to create and maintain one.

But if you want my take on what I think are the best fics around here, I suggest that you check out the works of Skylight Candytuft, amwong88, Coco-minu, Kaara, Aira Slytherin, Phonyu, Goth-Punk88, Yugao, Demonic Angel Clone, Lamanth, pattie mayonnaise, El Angel Caido and shilhouette68(all from the Naruto fandom), Clorinda (Hungry Heart), SeungSeiRan (Slam Dunk) and Strike to Incinerate(Virtua Fighter).
