Author has written 40 stories for Les Miserables, Mummy, Harry Potter, All My Children, House, M.D., Lost, Mean Girls, Defying Gravity, Criminal Minds, Hunger Games, and Walking Dead. A Little About Me! Let's see... the interesting things? Not much, in my opinion! I'm a 24 year old graduate student, originally from the Northeast, living in and loving the Midwest. I completed my undergraduate work in biochemistry, and I'm working toward a PhD in the biosciences- two years in, three to go! Most of my time is spent studying or in the lab working on my thesis project. My dream is to work in the pharmaceutical industry. I'm a published author, but probably not in anything you'll ever read. My single publication is in a scientific journal, and I'm one of six authors. It's still the biggest accomplishment in my career, and I'm so excited to be contributing to advancing science and the study of cancer and heart disease (the two fields I'm working in currently!). I've been writing since I was a little girl, writing fan fiction since eighth grade. However; I really didn't have the courage to publish here until the end of my junior year of college. I guess I never thought my writing was good enough. I'm so lucky and blessed to have some of the greatest reviewers, who not only gave me the courage to keep writing, but have given me confidence in my every day life. Though I don't know any of you personally, you've all had SUCH a positive influence on me! My Philosophy My personal belief is that, if I read it, no matter how old the story is or if the author is still active, I will leave a review on a story. If you leave me a review, I will definitely be sure to check out what you have written, even if it's a genre I don't typically read or a category I don't particularly know. If you would like me to read a story by you, just send a message and I will gladly read it! I'm a firm believer in constructive criticism, but I also believe that every story has a positive side. From me you will get the good and the needs improvement. I don't believe in being negative- we are all here because we love to write, and taking the chance to put yourself out there deserves praise to begin with! Also, I always love a good challenge.
