~Alright, do you guys agree with me that there needs to be more Shunsui x Nanao fics? I thought so, and I can say that I've read every completed fic of them. Then I thought that I couldn't really gripe if I didn't contribute to the pile. Now I can successfully say I have.
A little about my fics:
The Name Of The Game: This is my long sought-after AU fic. It's another Shunsui x Nanao, but that's not really that surprising. This one shifts to a club scene. It originally was supposed to be one long shot, but I decided that I wanted a certain part of it out by the 7th, and that I couldn't have the whole thing done by then. I split it up best I could. A bar was the last place she thought she'd find anything, but for now, she'd go with it.
Past Grievances: Well, some thought that a follow up fic for "The Three Hardest Phrases" would be nice, and I agree with them. I'm going to try and dazzle you. One can only hope though...Past things should stay in the past where they belong, right? What's happening now is what truly matters. The future is what we should be worrying about, but everyone knows the past can be haunting...
Things The Eighth Kept In Mind: Whoop, whoop. I saw this layout on a few stories and thought that it would be fun to do one for myself. This story has themes that are expanded into a loosely fit story. Because of the mixture, Skolli has dubbed a new name for it. It is now a 'one-drab'.
Who's Counting?: Just another one-shot I thought of a while ago. It wouldn't leave me alone once I remembered what it was. A revelation that was thought of a certain time frame ago. Inspiration just hit me today. I'm still trying to keep the fire. Like it/hate it? Let me know.
Breaking The Habit: My first songfic. Short and sweet is how they roll right? This is one of my favorite songs. Inspiration couldn't be left out. I had to keep the fire running. Nanao makes a self-revelation while thinking about herself.
The Three Hardest Phrases: This story is now complete! I heard these words somewhere, and I figured why not make a story out of it? I've wanted to do a longer story anyway. This random idea was from work also. It's amazing how you progress on things when you're really supposed to be doing other things. Will Nanao be able to say the three toughest things before something bad happens?
The Survey: You know those surveys that you fill out all the time when you're bored? Well Orihime has one for Nanao that asks for a wish. Everyone finding out her deepest secret can only lead to bad things, especially when Rangiku is involved. This was another one of those random thoughts I had.
The Number 8: This was based off a random idea I had at work the other day. It just kinda came to me. I'd always wanted to write a Shunsui x Nanao fic anyway. The style's a little different, but I was really impressed with it.
At the Stroke of Midnight: This story was a dedication to one of my friends. She happens to share the same birthday as Aizen, and she bitterly doesn't like him. When I tease her about it, she retorts by saying that it's her birthday. I just laugh.
